I really would not recommend Toucan as a provider, especially as Waitrose broadband which I switched to provide a substantially quicker connection, a much better customer service and technical support, which is also free to call. Primus were unclear in charging. Absolutely hopeless technically. Trying to set up at home with Vista was nearly impossible. By the end, I knew all help line staff by name. They'd had me downloading, installing, uninstalling. Finally after MONTHS, they conceded the problems were with their server. E.mail was also useless. After weeks of trying to set up with their help, their server crashed catastrophically, and all info was lost. Price fluctuates monthly and inexplicably. The service I received is poor, it's hard to get a response to queries. Response to emails is hard, I had no response for weeks, only then when I suggested that I was going to complain to OFCOM even then it didn't provide any answers, I found it was very impersonal. I do not recommend breathe.com provider. Also, just remember that if you wish to cancel your account from them, and you are told to ring the 60p a minute phone line, rather than cancel online, DON'T! There is nothing in the contract saying that you have to pay to leave them, which is what you are doing by being forced to ring their extortionate phone line. WWIL/ZeeNext broadband is worst broadband provider I have personally so far experienced. The download speeds never go above 8kbps for 64kbps connection, and 35kbps for a 256kbps connection. I envy my friends who have BSNL broadband and have download speeds of at least 200 kbps. I warn ZeeNext that if they continue like this, I will leave. By the way, I paid RS 1500 initially for the connection and he said that was the minimum amount you will have to pay to get the connection and it is not refundable. called from ad thru Carerrebuilders.com and the number dialed was American Sales Network - spoke to a consultant and only paid the admin fee of $33.95 nothing else and recieved that eving at 6pm a list of job opportunities to apply for. When trying to apply I received the message "This listing is no longer available" so I checked all the listing the same. My office had been using yahoo voice for quite some time now to make overseas calls. Before it used to be that when the phone on the other line rings, yahoo does not charge as long as no one picks up the call and as long as you are able to cancel the call within 60 seconds. I paid 1200 dollars because my property was going into foreclosure this company assured me they could stop the foreclosure and get a loan modification as they work with HOMEQ the mortgage company all the time. January 2007 they started and July 2007 they foreclosed on my home and these people wrote me a letter two days later saying the company would not modify my loan. After two years in arbitration, which we won, we learned that Janks used an illegal contract, took a much bigger deposit than allowed by law, used unlicensed sub contractors, breached the illegal contract, and did work that in multiple areas failed to meet building codes. I purchased a extended warranty contract from Heritage 10/10/02 for my 1999 Acura TL. I had my first claim on 3/7/2007 for a EGR valve gasket and o-ring for $247.07 this claim was paid. On 3/10/2008 I had a claim for a auto dimming rear view mirror that the dealer(Zimbrick Acura) got the authorization for and they performed the work.
