I was cancelling my Verizon account when I noticed a $12.95 charge on my bill. Apparently, I acquired my account without my knowledge and when I asked how this happened, the person I was talking to, William, said that a certain Eric authorized the account. I told them they were sneaky and that this is unacceptable. No apologies whatsoever. They just gave me a confirmation number of the cancellation. on star is not worth the money they charge. My wife and I have been lead to highways that are closed more than a few times. One guy told me that my on star did not work in the area I was in. False. I used it before in the same area, and it worked. I also hit the on star again, and received directions from a more competent person. I paid $1.98 shipping and handeling The other was a colon cleanse with Acai Berries and I paid 6.98 shipping and handeling, with no further oblication or autherization . Their website says that refunds are "promptly" given "within 15 days". 25 days after I promptly returned my merchandise, the company has NOT released my refund, and they tell me blithely, "we can't touch it." Do not buy from Dakmart, they have sent me B stock in the past and my last purchase was DOA. they will not answer questions unless you file a complaint against them then they are rude and sarcastic. Their shipping is inflated, their invoice on the box does not match what you paid. Stay away fro Dakmart, complain to the FTC and USPS Fraud Dept if the use USPS. I closed out and paid off a VISA account with FIA card services. I also went to their website and canceled the automatic payment that was shown on the website. FIA Card Services continued to deduct a payment from my checking account for the NEXT 3 MONTHS!! I used go to SONIC drive-in in Bella Vista, AR on a regular basis. I don't know what hs happened. Rewards660 was good to me, raid my limits, all payments in on time and recorded. But on this time of my payments, I placed two (2) money orders together in the same envelope with all information on them even account numbers. Slow shipping i order a lot of parts on the Internet and this company is the slowest. Don't believe it check out there tracking page. It takes ten days before you can track your order and then they say up to three days to respond to your request. Do not order from this company.
