The hotel is extremely unsafe and dangerous. The staff unfriendly. Bad location. We were doing the check in at 9.15 pm, when the employee of the reception insisted us to go breakfast. When we went to breakfast room (which is located in the lobby), 2 people who were there having breakfast and apparently were not passengers of the hotel) stole us the handbag with our belongings, passports, money, credit cards. We had a gas tank on e (some gas still in tank) and put $10.00 of gas in the tank at $3.67 a gallon (as dvertised on gas pump). We got a half tank of gas. We went back a few days later and are gas gage was just above the red and we put in $15.00 worth of gas in at $3.63 a gallon (as advertised on gas pump) and got half a tank. We wished we had visited this site BEFORE we accepted this company's product. Before making a $1, 094 repair on a customer's vehicle we called for verification of contract holder and coverage. After Heritage sent an adjuster to verify repairs we received authorization to complete the repair. That was 5 months ago. To date we still have not been paid and Administration Services, who handles Heritage's administration, is of no help. They claim they have no way to contact Heritage Insurance. I joined this gym in January of 2005. I have paid my dues all that time. This summer, a special was run at a lower rate that what I am paying. I talked to management and they told me that in order to get that rate I would have to pay $49.95 and then my monthly rate would be adjusted. Maytag has come out several times to replace an auto damper 6-8 times in my New refrigerator bought in 2006 and now refuse to fix it any further. They say noise is not a reason to fix it as the unit as still works, yet they fixed it in the past. Maytag extended warranty is not worth the money or the paper it is printed on. Even trying to work with the store, Maytag and contacting the BBB is still have to listen to this loud and noisy refrigerator. I followed all of the terms and conditions very carefully, but never received "Travel Request Form" to complete and return. After four months I called and was told that since I had not contacted them earlier, the offer was no longer valid. They said they mailed out my form in late April and I do not doubt that.
