On 8/27/08 I purchased two outdoor solar lamps for my lawn to shine on the American flag at nite. Today it is 8/29/08 and I had to go outside with a match to see if the light was working, it was but it does not to do anything. The flag is only five feet away from the spot lights. I have been trying for 2 years to get my mother's billing statements straightened out and she keeps getting bills. In Indiana there are some counties where there is supposed to be no premium charged for coverage. My mother lives in one of those counties - Huntington County. I too was scammed back in December 2005. I paid them, not $75.00, but $400 for several vacations. I sent a notice to cancel during the first 30 days but never was returned the money. Story of my car... I leased a new 2008 Nissan Altima from Butler Nissan with 10 miles on it and my first time ever having a brand new car. First they tell you there are guaranteed post-election posts. Then they tell you there aren't. Also, they demand you drive extreme distances (Louisville, KY to Columbus, OH) on short notice to interview with them, and after the interview, they never called me one way or the other to let me know. If I drive 10 hours in a day to interview with someone, the least they can do is pick up a phone to let me know one way or another. I had a loan thruogh hsbc for an atv, i went to the bank and paid my payment, within 4 mth my atv was taking for nonpayment. I called the bank, than went down, it was found that they applied my payments to the wrong account number. I called and explained this to the hsbc rep and she said i still had to pay the full about to get it back. which I could not. This complaint should concern Safeway Management: I stood in line after doing my shopping, when a manager/bookkeeper stopped at 'my' register, replaced clerk, dug money, checks out of register, walked off with reg. drawer to a private office. My wife is type 1 diabetic. She has been fighting to keep her sugar under control for 5 years.Her doctor gave her a prescription for a insulin pump. My Jeep was would not start. I called Tuttle and had them tow the Jeep to their shop for repair. The first problem I had with them is that they treated my Jeep like a 4wd (which it was not, I had to correct the tow driver when he was hooking up my vehicle). I had sheet vinyl flooring installed in a kitchen/dining area/hallway and bathroom. Because it was several rooms and to avoid more than one seam, the flooring (materials and labor) was $3000.
