I have tried many times to find this website to redeem my promised rebate. The first few times I tried, it caused a Virus Protection program to pop up which I still have not been able to get rid of. Every time I log on now, that stupid Ant-virus program pops up in three different locations, and sometimes I have to shut down to get rid of it. I don't understand how they can add money to your card or even give you multipul cards, issue account safe guards, ect. Almost anything besides allow you to E-mail a customer service representitive to answer your concerns. Atleast before a month has elapsed. No instead you have to write a letter and wait over two weeks to get a response.
