J.K.Harris sucks! They promise the moon and deliver nothing. I'm actually worse off now with IRS interest and penalties than I was before I contacted J.K.Harris. Stay away from them. This dentist office is the worst. Beware! The dentist must have got his license from a cracker-jack box. He is a huge fat guy who doesn't know what he is doing. The office manager lady is one scary, rude thing too. She is just horrible. This contractor filled cracks & seal coated our driveway November 15, 1907. The next day the sealant & most filled cracks washed off our driveway and onto our lawn, killing the grass. The contractor was paid in full on 11/15. I called J&R the next day and he refused to return and repair the work or refund our money. He said he would return in the spring and reseal the driveway. I hired Citi-Tel to install a computerized (NEC Aspire) telephone system to coordinate calls between my 3 business locations and increase our efficiency. We spent over $10, 000 with this company, but to date have had nothing but headaches from them. Their programmers are not knowledgeable and their customer service is next to nothing. Although the camp is some what new, I attended the adult / child week end program. What I and other parents found it is not what it claims to be. We have belonged to Shell Vacation Club for several years, only purchased a small number of points because thats all we can use, time-wise. So far it's been ok but they will nit-pick you for every nickel they can get. I paid over $200 dollars for my brand new cell phone. Instead of redelivering it to my house, they decide it would be a good idea to leave it way down the street with a neighbor i have never meant. I am so pissed!! So now the courier is going to come to their house tomorrow to try to retrieve the package. I walked down there and they won't answer their door, the lights are on and i know someone is home and they won't answer. I too have fallen victim to this company that is nothing but a bunch of scam artists. My nightmare began On 8-4-08 whenI ordered an atv from them and was told I would recieve a confirmation email within 24hours. The email would have my order number which would connect me to a checkout site where I could get my invoice. Within 7 to 10 days a tracking number would be posted and I could track the delivery. I ordered a keyless remote for my Honda CRV a month ago. My credit card was charged and I received an email that the product was mailed via USPS 1st Class. Nothing has been delivered. All attempts to phone them just get an answering machine stating "all of our techs are out of the office or assisting other customers" with no option to leave a message and with instructions to email them. My daugther bought one of the french manicure kits from target. The kit consists of a white nail polish and a pink nail polish. When she opened the box to take the polish out the bottles broke. Dex rep used a bait and switch tactic to sign up my wife for an ad in the yellow pages. The original quote was a yearly quote but when we talked to the phone agreement the price was for a per month charge which was higher than the original bid. We did not catch the trick for months. We paid over the price for the original bid. They sent me to collections for the rest of the money. This happened in 1-04. They are still harrassing me. I had my hair done in Aug 18, 2008 at Regis 4750 North Division Spokane, WA 99207. I brought a photo of the haircut I always get. I told the stylist to trim only 1 inch.
