The wood floor they installed is under warrenty, but fortunately for them they are able to say that the repairs needed were not caused by ANYTHING under the warranty but rather by something that is not covered. Just used Scotts Turfbuilder with *** control last week on our lawn - which at the time was already pretty nice and green. We followed the instructions on the bag EXACTLY. Our lawn is now completely brown and burnt!! Really really mad. Wish we'd known about/read all the negative comments about this product on Scott's website before I had bought and tried it. Advanta have just made my APR 24.99% after all the promises of a fixed rate. I always paid early, and always paid more than minimum. DO NOT trust this card company ever! I asked them why would this happen? I was promised a fixed rate and low APR for the lifetime of the card. They responded with "we periodically review our accounts and evaluate the credit status of our card holders ". My credit score and history is better than when I got the card. Desert hot springs, ca world gym has boxing to members as a free class. Recently in 7-08, via owner, tried to now charge $5.00 a head. Members complained, so now they will cut the class days down. Greed. The same owner I’m told also owns the LA QUINTA, CA. world’s gym, with record members. They just got greedy in this small town that is isolated from drawing gym members from other areas. Their staff is great, members don’t like this kind of ethics. When you sign up contract, and get a free class, don’t charge or change peoples contract. I placed an order with this company...Walk Fit America. I ordered 2 pr. of orthotics. They "promptly" debited my bank account for over $59. The product was not as expected and I returned it within 2 weeks...I am still waiting on a refund. They keep telling me I will receive it within 3-3 business days each time I call. Their Stuffit line routinely damages archives when trying to drag and drop items in them. When one asks for help from customer service one gets the lame response that it is impossible to recover damage archives and that the user should always test before using. Red D Transmission re-built our Ford Windstar 2000 Transmission for $2, 777 on May 2006. The transmission has now (June 2008) failed only after 40, 000 miles of driving the car. After reviewing my rental file I found that documents had been signed on different days and signatures had been made that where not mine. This company finds it easier to forge signatures on documents rather then ask you for a signature. When questioned about it they state that yes the documents are forged, and sorry is all they will give. My concern is if they are willing to forge documents what else are they willing to do, after all my personal information is on file with them. Yikes. I've been a loyal and happy customer for many years, but they really (REALLY) bungled a recent shipment. Rather than boring you with all the detail, let me just suggest that if you use them, be sure to check the package-tracking website repeatedly to ensure that shipments really HAVE been shipped -- it seems that their shipment notification emails are by no means accurate. I have had it with Citi Cards Dividend Platinum Select Master Card customer service. I overpaid my credit card balance by $2K and asked for refund on the surplus. The rep responded by saying the earliest date they can refund the money would be 10 to 30 days later which is totally unacceptable. I reserved bottle service for a night out with my friends on my credit card. I told them many times that we will be paying cash. The installer made a sharp turn as he backed out of the driveway and collided with my parked BMW 650 Ci that was on the street in front of my home at least 5 feet away from the driveway.
