I was given a Sirus radio for my birthday, with payment made in full through August 2009, for service. On 6/13/08 I purchased a Sirus Radio for my father for Fathers Day. I contacted Sirus and activated the account. The payment plan was for $70.92 to be billed to my credit card, and then to be invoiced for 3 monthly payments. Every month I was seeing this $39.95 charge on my credit card and the Credit Card company (BofA) kept telling me I had to contact the company myself. Well, I looked here on complaints.com and found there were a lot of others who had been scammed by these guys. I ordered something from over seas and I guess thats how they got involved. But, why should they be allowed to bill me even in months when I placed no orders? What a place. My family and I sat down to eat on 4th of July Weekend and totally got ignores. After waiting 1 hour and being told numerous times by the owner that the food was coming right out, it never did and we gave up. I purchased a vehicle from JD Byrider in July of 2007 and was told at that time that if I made all of my payments on time that Russ Darrow their co-company would guarantee me financing into a brand new vehicle. I had all my payments directly withdrawn never was late or missed a payment in over a year. I went back after my year was up and they told me that I could not trade in my vehicle until I paid off almost the full balance. I paid $11, 000 for vehicle that isn't worth half of that. This describes my evaluation of Gate1's "11 Day Athenian with 3-Day Cruise" package in June 2008. Gate1"s contract hotels are not anywhere close to 5 or 4 stars, as advertised. We stayed at the Econo Lodge located in Milledgeville, Ga this past weekend and the room was awful! My 2008 Chevy Silverado 4x4 has a loud knocking sound when making left hand turns and can be felt from the floor board driver side. The sound comes from the left side front break. The dealer heard the sound and replaced the steering column which of course was not the problem. They tell me they can still here it but have no clue what to look for. I paid $34-k for a new truck that makes knocking sounds that can’t be traced but are their. Salesman named Cody was very unprofessional; was more interested in making a sale than pleasing the customer. When we decided to wait on the purchase of a 2007 Road King, he refused to talk with us any more. We were on the start of our week of vacation & decided to postpone the purchase until we came back. I was told that this was a year contract and that I could cancel after a year and that the credit card machine was mine. I have been with this company for 16 months and I just tried to call in to cancel my service with this company and I was told that I have another 20 months on the contract. In April we contracted with Allied Waste for a dumpster to clean out unwanted things before we moved. We received a phone call after our first dump informing us that they had caused some damage to our driveway. The driveway was completely collapsed by an overloaded truck. I bought a 05 Mustang convertible from Sunshine Ford in Newburgh NY. I was sold this car after I had mentioned that I might be moving out of the area. In mid 2007, I went to EZ Lube for a typical oil change + tire rotation per my Acura's maintenance guide. BigPayWork is a website that is supposed to employ individuals in a data processing company if the individual pay a certain amount of money. If one is not satisfied with results they are suppose to receive a refund with no questions asked. It is supposed to be a one time fee but once the money is paid you enter a page were you have to send more money to different share holders or banks and when a refund is requested they give you the run around and send you emails that doesn't really give you anything. read full review »

AAA Mid-Atlantic uses M&M roadside service which towed my vehicle on July 5, 2007. The alleged damage was in fact caused by M&M Roadside Service due to the fact that the vehicle was being pulled up at the incorrect angle to the road surface and the center part of the bumper got stuck hitting the ground causing the bumper to rip near the exhaust hole. After it took the employee 25 minutes to realize I was even there they charged me 9 extra dollars for my 6 year old and her 2 5 year old friends. The manager tried to intimidate me that I needed $800.00 worth of brake work and that I could pull out of the driveway and crash if I didn't get the work done. I am not a stupid female and took my car elsewhere. I only needed front brakes and got them fixed for $150.00 from somebody else. Nothing was leaking like firestone said. The other person fixed the problem quickly. Firestone took 3 hours to give me the estimate. They made me wait an extra 40 minutes just to give my keys. I will never go there again.
