Had built up a list of books but was not told that my former company (Zooba.com) was acquired by Book of the Month, which proceeded to scrub my list, but still charge me the monthly fees. When I asked when I might expect shipment Book of the Month said they would only ship the next book free, but that I would not get any credit for the several months they were charging me. I purchased the Premier plan for my 2 pets because it was the lowest plan that covered dental cleanings. For 10 months I paid $110 per month without filing a claim. Then I filed the claim for the 2 dental cleanings with pre-op blood work. While the amount I paid for the cleanings came to about $1200, they covered about $250 for each pet, saying that was 80% of the "reasonable costs". Hometownquotes.com and/or their affiliate has used my name to link to their website. These multiple links can drive clients away from me and redirect them to this company. It is very sneaky in my opinion. They have done nothing to suffice this issue as the links are still out there. They were sued last year by a very large insurance agency in the Nashville area for doing, what it seem to be the same thing. They have not followed up with me or put an end to this. Direct Merchants Bank offered me a pay off settlement of my credit card balance. I paid it but they are still billing me for the rest. I have made numerous phone calls to customer service and dozens of emails-some of them not so friendly. I am still being billed for the balance, along with late fees because I refuse to pay it. Apparently Macaroni Grill has decided to save money on their dishwashing because the silverware, glasses and plates are being used so dirty that you can actually see old dried food on them. I complained to the manager and was told that since most people don't look that carefully and hence don't notice, he "did not see a problem." I even filled out the customer satisfaction form to let their corporate office know and all that got was a $10 coupon to encourage me to try their restaurant again. Terrible experience. Stay away from these guys. I cancelled the order before I even received it and I have been trying for two weeks to get my refund. I was told a refund was issued on Jun30th (7 days ago) but checking with my cc card, nothing has been refunded. So, I called, sent email, contacted them via website and have received no response from them. I wish I was smart enough to check this and similar sites before I placed my order with them. Imagination.IO is actually a big scam company. They are the creators of their own review site. They over promise and under deliver. Initially, when you talk to their bogus sales person they will promise everything to you and they will do everything they can to get you to buy. Then once you mail a check in that is when they get you. You will have very little recourse to get your money back and you will regret you made the purchase in the first place. I have new carpet that was professionally cleaned by certified cleaner that cosed $400 each time. The technician said that my carpets are under warranty and the stains should have come out and to contact shaw. I did this with numerous run around as it had to be submitted by my installer. After completing a year of chemotherapy I decided to treat myself to a face lift for a fresh start. The scars on the back of my neck were so horrible it took two additional z type scar reductions to look somewhat normal. This was so embarrassing I could hardly go out of the house. Dr Back claim that I changed my hairstyle (I am a male!!!) He messed up, then he lies. Not to mention the severe complications I had in his surgi center. I had to go back in an hour later to have the incisions reopened because of swelling. Then he sent me home to another state with a friend after all the hours I was sedated. I ordered Blonde perfume in March, 2007. After numerous e-mails, with no response from the company, I never received the product and was not successful in having the charge removed from my credit card. Now, in July, I am being charged again by this company with no order. I've seen other people that have had similar experiences with this company. What can be done to stop this ripoff from happening? This person bought a digital download item. When you sell a digital item on ebay, it has to be completely set up and working when you set it up. The download link has to be given ahead of time with Paypal. It shows to the buyer immediately after they paid. This buyer didn't pay attention and missed the link. They complained that they didn't get it. I told them all they have to do is go to the transaction page and the download information is there. We own a 2006 Mercury Milan and every time we take the car to the dealer for a service, it seems like they always come up with something else that needs done. Like the last time my wife took it in for a oil change at 25, 000 miles and they told her she had to have the fuel injector cleaned or she would void the warranty. We like the car and want to take care of it but getting it serviced by the ford garage is really getting to be a lot of bull. July 6th 08, I got a parking ticket in the Richmond Mall, Vancouver BC. The reason for the parking ticket was they only allow customer to park 3 hours in the mall. I'm a visitor. My pool has been done for less than one year. The wet deck was poor plastering from day one. They have partially drained my pool 2 x and fully drained it 2 X . I purchased 2 tires made by Faulken om 1/20/2008 and noticed that the the front wheels shacked after the tires were put on and balanced. I also had a car alignment preformed. Today, I decided that trying to get this desktop fixed by Acer is a lost cause. I've had a problem with this computer since purchasing it a year ago from Best Buy.
