Davis Home Improvement, Inc.
Davis Home Improvements is a company to stay away from. For three different years they promised California consumers the chance to win $10, 000 worth of home improvements. This was a scam to get telephone numbers for their telemarketers to pester people. I have proof of this as I was employed by Tim Davis for over 4 years at his Bakersfield, window, texcote, patio and sunroom company. As a result of my experience with him, my wife and I have been subject to his constant and ongoing harassment because of our knowledge of his suspect activities. AC Appliance
AC Appliance repair in the Plano Richardson area of Texas, did an air conditioner replacement. They left the condensation drain disconnected. By the time I realized what had happened we had 1000's of dollars worth of damage. They would not even send someone out to look at it. They claimed no responsibility without even looking. The office manager I spoke to was rude to me and obnoxious. I contacted a lawyer but was told that by the time I was able to get anything done I would have spent more that the damage that had occurred. I purchased a set of replacement dog tags from mustang tags and never received them.
I waited several weeks before sending an inquiry. I received no reply. I sent several more emails, still no reply (and no product).
Upon writing this it has been 3 months, with no product, and no word from Mustang Tags. I am assuming at this point that maybe it's a scam website. I don't know why else they would refuse to contact me.
I would recommend not doing business with this place. I doubt mine is an isolated incident. read full review »
Rheem Manufacturing Company
A thoroughly disreputable company. Warranty is worthless. If your Rheem water heater has a 6 year warranty and fails after 3.5 years (as ours did), you may find them using all kinds of questionable tactics to escape responsibility.
On three separate calls to three agents they insisted our heater was 7 years old. They had clearly been trained to say this, the patter was so automatic. Safeway Insurance Co.
Safeway is the only store in our small town "Chewelah Washington" and for that they are raping us on the price of goods. Boycott Safeway, drive the extra mile. Safeway can care less how long you have to stand in line also. It also seems that the local Safeway only employee's the low IQ people. Every time you ask them a question they can not answer it. We purchased a used SUV from them, the salesman was awesome! The Finance Manager was a tool his first "deal" was about 3k over priced, so 6hrs and 3 "deals" later we settled on a price signed the contract with the only add-on being GAP insurance and left with the SUV... I bought the car new from dealer. I also paid for the extended 100, 000 warranty. At the moment - 20K miles are on it. After a few months the "E" brake light (in the dash) came on and wouldn't go off. Dealership couldn't duplicate and that has happened lately.

On June 9th my family and I entered into The Perkins restaurant in Orlando Fla. We were seated in a small section off to the right of the main seating area.
It was then that I noticed that we were the only Afro-American family in this section. Several other consumers before and after us were seated in the main section. These consumers were all Caucasian.

Loan Officer David Butcher acted real nice and professional until I decided to go with another lender. He then started harassing me via e-mail and phone calls. Warning to anyone looking for a refinance...do not do business with Traditional Home Mortgage...they will tell you anything to get you into a mortgage so they can make money and rip you off. I did a Trial of Nuvoice.com (Nucentcom inc.,), it is not good and a rip off. The quality of voice is not that good and they have lot of hidden charges. The sales guys solicited me and literally begged to try but won't provide the service to set you up correctly. They promise one thing, but don’t deliver. My client located in London, England, whom I'd secured through a Craigslist.com posting, agreed to forward payment for services to me via USPS. Craigslist.com served as an agent to transfer his London currency to USD & sent a cashier's check payable to me in the amount of$3400 USD. After depositing the check, my financial institution advised me the check was a fraud (confirmed via their investigative services). I bought a Snickers bar and was promised to be satisfied. This did not happen after consuming 1 snickers bar full or chocolate, caramel, nugget, and nuts. Since that time, other companies somehow affiliated with the ProFlowers.com website have been adding charges onto the same credit card I used for the flowers. I ordered online for my cabinate keys. A man came and took $40.00 and gave me receipt. Next day other man came on a van named BSAFE and brought keys and checked. But they didn't work. He said he will get the right ones. After two weeks I called the company on the same number (1-877-605-LOCK ) given on the receipt. He said we can't make the key so we keep your money as service charges.

I have a small credit with Chase Bank, and every time I get charged with fees, because I pay them ahead. I called them on it and they took off the fees.
This happened twice - since they merged or de-merged with GEMoney. This is not my problem and dont need to hear it.

In the last 15 months I had 4 vehicles shipped from Miami, FL, to Europe using the services of a shipping Company called ASI (Autoshipment International) located 49 NE 22th Street in Miami, FL 33137.
On these four shipments, this Company managed to damage the driveshaft and the fuel tank of one of my vehicles and the driveshaft of another vehicle (the 1982 Ford Econoline of last shipment). The staff at this hotel were some of the worst I have ever encountered. Days Inn charged $600 for our stay but also with-held $600 for using a debit card, without telling myself.
