My complaint is with the manager at the 34th street store in Saint Petersburg, FL. I pay my bill on time, have paid some off. I wanted to buy some more goods from Aaron’s again. I was denied by the store manager. His instructions are no further purchases on my account. An account that has never been late. They make a lot of money off of me. I wish I could post a picture of the bananas in green bags compared to those not put in them. The ones in the green bag spoiled even faster. What a rip!!! I purchased party supplies and was charged 3 times for an item when I only bought one item. When I checked the receipt I told the cashier and she laughed and said you have no way to prove that. They also do not let you return unpackaged items even if they sell it unpackaged. The items have tags and are clearly not used. I purchased two V tech phones in January 2008 and they have been going crazy since February. I can't talk on the phone for 10 minutes before the phone cuts off. I called the number in the book and talked to a vtech representative and he gave me a tracking number to receive new phones. The catch is I have to ship the phones back at my expense. This is my 6th Chrysler Product and my first Dodge product. My previous 5 mini-vans were Chrysler Town and Country and this is my first Dodge Caravan. To be honest, Lego is made of stronger plastic than my Dodge bumper. The vehicle only has 6800 miles on it and the bumper needs to be replaced. I received a lot of stories and lies from confused workers about why I have not received them yet but it was because of incompetence of the workers at this site and their lack of good communications. Brian was contracted to strip and stain our outdoor deck. He told us it would take a week to complete. He also asked for half of the money up front for expenses, which $500 was given to him by check. Brian was contacted numerous times, and worked a total of 10 hours in 3 weeks. He then never returned any of our phone calls, or ever showed up to work again after that. I was called a few days ago and I told these people I didn't want anything, I had been scammed before on these type of deals, they were offering a free gas card and a forty dollar gift card. I was told there were no catches and that this was something they were doing because of all the customers that have been scammed before . Iam 17 years old and I was working in a day care center as part of my graduation requirement. Back in May of 2008 the center was inspected by the health department. The health department found nubereous citations. The center was given a certain amount of weeks to make improvements. The center failed and closed. My last check I cashed. What began as a simple service call, subsequently turned into a merry go round that was completely unnecessary. Fosters was out sourced to our residence to find out why our GE Monogram refrigerator was not cooling by Fidelity National Home Warranty. Basically, they started to not return phone calls and ordered unnecessary parts based on a completely inaccurate assessment from their technician. In the meantime, we went without a refrigerator for about 2 weeks in the heat of the summer. Misleading information on the product. Website says 4 megapixel still resoution and 5.1 channel audiou format. Actually the still resolution is 0.34 megapixel (340K pixels) and the audio format is Dolby Digital 2 channel. When requested for return, I am asked to pay the return shipping. We had never owned an RV before, and we went to Explorer RV in Castroville, Texas to look at and buy one of their RV's. We got ripped off; they didn't teach us how to tow the RV, or how to use all of the accessories. They did not service the RV battery and it killed our truck battery. In April 2008 I purchased a new Tracker bass boat. It came with a Motorguide trolling motor. I had the boat on water three times. The first was for break in time on the Mercury gasoline motor. On the third time I began having trouble with the trolling motor. The trolling motor has 5 speeds; I started lossing speeds until I finally only had the highest speed.
