My biggest complaint with realplayer is that I can't play purchased music. Most of the time I have used 'free credit' because I have Superpass. When I try to play any of my purchased music I get one of three messages: "We can't find the music", "This is a Rhapsody download and you can only play it after you log into your Rhapsody account" They don't tell me I bought it there, just that I downloaded it from there. This company offered a pdf editor that does not work. It crashes every time you try to edit a pdf. There was supposed to be a 7 day trial. I canceled the "membership" within 7 minutes. They have only a helpdesk ticket system where you can submit complaints. They hem and haw and won't cancel the account. After numerous back and forth they are going to cancel my account and only charge me $9.95 for processing. Tight little plan with their pockets in mind -- smells of scam from beginning to end. I placed an order for perfume December 8, 2007 for a Christmas present. I did not receive the package by Christmas and checked the website to find that it was shipped Dec. 26. I knew it would ultimately go to collections, which is fine, I had some bad customer service with U.S. Cellular after years of contracts with them, which I deemed unfair. But that's another story. Well it has been almost 6 days and Verizon still cannot figure out how to turn my DSL email accounts over to FIOS accounts. I cannot access my sub accounts and every night I call and they update the ticket. The OCS group then tells them it is working and nothing. Plus the on hold time is nuts. The fron line people at the fios are very nice but their hands are tied the say because they cannot even talk to the national email support people at verizon. I also took out a loan with CashnetUSA. My payday is on the 10th of the month, and they deducted my bank account on the 7th which caused it to go under. After caching a check this morning where Tele Check approved the check. I attempted to purchase goods at a second store. I was denied again. There are more than sufficient funds to cover the checks I am writing. I intend to notify the company that Tele Check is causing them to loose money in their own effort to keep from loosing money. I have 5 credit cards with HSBC (NEVER AGAIN) I recently got hurt at work and need surgery. I have filed a claim with the disability section of the credit card company. I receive several calls daily regarding my late payments. I ordered CD's with an understanding that I had a trial period to evaluate their product. I called within the trial period to return the product. The lady I spoke with was very manipulative and talked me into an additional 7 days to evaluate the product. On the 7th day, I called to cancel as I was no more impressed than I had been 7 days earlier. Their office was closed so I emailed them. When I called the next business day I was told they hadn't gotten my email and that I couldn't return the product; but they would give me $100 discount. Horrible service, go for 6 month checkup... all seems well... xrays taken... go back 6 months later... NO xrays taken but all of a sudden I have TWO cavitys and need a back tooth replaced... going by ONLY xrays! I questioned the fact that they took those 6 months prior so why was nothing said then?? Northwest inspection Engineers failed to identify multiple and obvious home defects that have resulted in the loss of literally tens of thousands of dollars. Hiring them to perform the pre purchase inspection was a life changing event. Even though these inspectors are professional engineers, they performed at a level that has shocked subsequent inspectors who were hired to evaluate the defects. Inspectors are not expected to catch everything, and certainly not hidden defects. However, the stuff these men missed would be obvious to even a lay person.
