This company charged my credit card $187 for my orders on January 5th. I paid extra money to have my order send by 2nd day air. It is now January 28th, and I have not received my orders. I have called, emailed, and "chatted" with their customer service person (who says my orders have been mailed). Otherwise, this company will not call or email me in response to my many attempts to communicate with them. I think that their DVD World doesn't exist except online. Requested asset information for three people and never received the product after payment was made. This company says that their searches are legal and go through the clearing house in Washington, DC. However, when I asked for a refund Fred asid that there is no refund and hung up. Went through Intellius to look up an number they couldn't find it. They stated if the number could not be found they would refund my money back to my credit card. They did and turn around and hit my credit card for $ 14.95 twice once on the 1/23/08 and the second time on 1/21/08. I 'm calling my credit card company to dispute and have a security block on these people. This is fraudulent and they had no authorization whatsoever to debit my account. Purchased 2 TVs with the promotional purchase of 1 year free interest. The sales person did not tell us we had to make payments. We have purchased other goods the same way only Wells Fargo was the finance company and as long as you paid the balance before the end of the year you had no finance charges or late fees. I am in the same boat as the two other complainants on this site. My DCS stove has not worked properly for more than a year. The simmer burners have been fluttering for longer than that, and now the ignition system never stops clicking as long as a burner is turned on. It is maddening. When I applied for a cash advance after typing in all my information, a pop up screen came up with three different products for selection. You had to check either yes or no. I purchased the DVD player because of the rebate offer. Most companies allow 60 to 90 days to submit a rebate, not 15days! To allow such a short amount of time to comply during the holidays is deceptive advertising and unfair. I would not have purchased the DVD player had I known about this deadline. Signed up for a free credit report in August 2007. They offered an extended or more detailed look at our credit history for what was supposed to be a $12.95 one time sign up. Now they are removing $12.95 twice a month on the same day. Have called to dispute this with them & got hung up on & told they will reimburse a one time reimbursement. The fries and hamburgers were cold. The wait in the drive thru for my order, only was 10 min. The lady Jacobb5 , who took our order was snotty. I spent $34.22 for my cold food, and only had a fifty, and because of that I get an attitude for that. I had to ask for napkins. A party of 10 who were black came in 20 minutes after us and a black hostess and waitress took two table and set up for them and were going to make us continue waiting. I have a Sears Kenmore Gas Range Model 790 which we purchased end of 2005. I just used the self-clean option for the first time last night. (I wipe the oven quite frequently & place foil-covered pan under items to catch drips). I went into the kitchen after a couple of hours and found that the knobs for the stove had melted... one is unusable and two others are barely usable.
