They've got a Mode of Operation down to a science and it works so well, they use it on their unsuspecting customers. Buyer beware when doing business with Satin Boutique. Their shopping cart system should have a disclaimer that the price shown is just an estimate and that you will be responsible for whatever amount the owner decides your order is worth. Additionally, you won’t ever get your money back, because the store only issues store credit even if you never had a legitimate transaction to start with. Following a one time order we placed with this supplier, a second unauthorized order was created and billed to our credit card without our knowledge. Supplier was unresponsive to emails and phone calls to obtain information about why subsequent order was created without our authorization. In credit card charge back dispute, supplier provided our bank with a fabricated invoice. Bank accepted fake documentation and left us with a $360 charge for product we never received. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a juicer in August 2007. I have contacted the company on several occasions and have been given the run-around. Lots of legal jargon and reminders of terms that I agreed to. My credit card was charged immediately after my first email of complaint to the company. We bought a 56 inch Vivetek TV from Shop NBC. We paid $2500.00 for it. After 6 months, the lamp went out. We replaced it at a very high cost. After 1 year, the TV died, and we have not been able to get parts, and cannot get hold of anyone to speak to about this travesty. The small metal control buttons, which are located on the face of the Motorola MOTOSLVR L7c, falls off easily and is small enough for a child to swallow. I hired Oaktree to manage my SF residence, an out of state owner over a 4 year period. They contracted to have annual reports with video and walk through to assure property maintenance.
