I stumbled upon this site and the long list of other complaints about Nexmove & Micro Moves totally by accident. I have my own story about this company. I was referred to Nexmove (who now is Micro Moves- I think- although my paperwork says 'NEXMOVE,INC'.) My furniture was picked up months ago. I was out of work for 1 week due to my diabetes and hypertension and other medical problems. I received several email from payday advances and went with Oneclick. Get this! This guy that worked for Goodwill had a fire which resulted in a total loss. He came to work with no shoes on. He was sent home and received a writeup for showing up at work dressed inappropriately. He asked for clothes until he got paid and was refused. I too have dealt with vista print. I canceled my membership after being billed $14.95 twice in one week. Now, a month later I see a charge for 'shoppingessentials'. I do not know this company and again the amount is $14.95! I am glad I looked on-line, you helped me a lot. I had no clue what the charge was for. I had submitted an atm dispute 30 min after the incident occurred on 1/15/08 rep that took call did not do something right i should have had my money back within 48 hours on 1/26/08 I called to find out what was going on and a rep said she did not see a dispute she resubmitted a case and no on 1/31/08 i called to check status and yet another case is submitted. On Jan 16, 2008, I purchased a trial offer of Hoodia w/ green tea and paid $5.49. The same day I purchased the nighttime Hoodia for $8.59. On Feb 1st, I noticed a $69.95 charge to Hoodia Plex. I tried calling all the numbers that appeared on each transaction of my CC stmt, naturally all numbers were "out of service at this time". I found a number and was able to get through only to be told I was SOL, they'd canx my order and not send me anything but that they were keeping my money on top of that! I was signup with this (Joi Phone)company in december 2007. This company offer me, we can transfer your old phone number in 2 to 4 weeks on Joi phone. I give them email many time. First off, I would like to say that I have never had an allergic reaction to anything in my life. Nor have I ever had problems with contact-type rashes (poison ivy/oak.., any make up ingredients, etc). I paid the amount in full on the first statement via on line. They said my bank dishonored the charges. They charged me $29 and reversed my payment even though my bank said the charge never presented. So I paid it again thinking maybe I put the routing number in wrong. Again, the same thing happened again and I was charged $29. My bank said it never presented. Three of us in a family at hamburgers from Krystal Hamburgers. I was in Birmingham visiting to celebrate 2 life events. Could not do so for we got sick. I purchased a MARTHA STEWART HYDRANGIA BUTTER DISH on Ebay. It was new in the box, never opened. The company states that the butter dish is dishwasher safe and made from twice-fired stoneware for durability. The first time I washed it in the dishwasher it turned brown on one side. This makes me not want to buy any more Martha Stewart products. Has anyone else had a similar experience with this particular butter dish? I would like to know if you have. I took out a payday loan with Ameriloan a few months back, trying to make ends meet. In addition, I had two other internet payday loans with other companies. Found a 'too good to be true' bike for sale. An $8,000 bike being sold for $2500. The seller states that he is in Alaska on an oil rig with no phone contact available. He sends an email stating that the bike is currently held with SHIP-AMERICAN, a holding company. You are then told that you will need to send the money via Western Union to London England. I too have been scammed by this company. They have charged my credit card in the amount of 99.61 for no apparent reason. I did not dispute this charge with the credit card company within the required 60 days and therefore they say they cannot help me. I missed the 60-day window because I was in the hospital -- I have cancer. This is the last thing I need. My banking account was debited $39.95 for some type of service on 1/29/08. I do not even know what this company is about or what type of services they offer. My daughter bought 4 tires from Belle Tire in November of 2006. 14 month later the front two tires are defective and need replacing -- Belle Tire told her it was her fault because the car needed alignment and tire rotation. They would not stand by their tires and would not work with her on a price adjustment, when I talked to the manager he was not concerned about losing customers or being unreasonable. The next thing you know they are shipping you a steady stream of their product, and an charging your credit card $66.90 for a mysterious order you never placed. I recently had a run in with the Sales Staff at Jim Bass Ford in San Angelo, TX. My wife had gone in to test drive a 2001 Mitsubishi Montero Sport and afterwards decided that she wanted to buy it. Bluegreen is not an ethical company. They lie and have not kept their end of the bargain. Their company is no better than a pyramid scam. They take our money and then rent out our condos to non-owners. They also do not have condos. I did order a CD from Raven Media re Google Profit and another charge of $9.95 was debited on that same day. This was an expected charge.
