This business is ripping off consumers by not producing the product and not refunding customers. My husband passed away Jan. 12, 2008, in Roanoke Times Obituary. His name on policy was Lloyd E. Orange. Last week I called J C Penny's insurance and asked where to send the death certificate. Oh, no, they said you aren't getting anything. I said but even years ago, the insurance company said on case of death spouse would receive a large portion of the insurance. I paid Heritage Web Design $700 last February to create a NEW site for my candle business. They are in the "top 1%" so I figured they must be good, right? NOT!!! Once they have your money, forget it. Pretty same as all the other complaints, they called my cell and made everything sound legit. They took the $200.00 out of my bank account. The card never came!! They took the money out of my account when there was no money in my account, they never said when they where going to withdraw the money. I was a victim of debit card fraud by this company. I was charged 39.95 and 7.95 so far. I have contacted my bank and will be going in personally tomorrow to demand my money back. They also want me to pay a 7.50 fee for a new debit card which is not fair since I did not authorize this company to make any transactions on my account. What should I do when I go in? 10-25-07 I canceled my make-up order. Product is good, however I changed my mind. Jessica made the offer for the vitamins. VERIZON HORROR STORY I need to warn people about Verizon landline service/Fios/DSL service. They will bill you and if you dispute the bill they dont respond. GPnethelp.com made 2 charges to my credit card. one for 9.99 and one for 34.95. When i called the co to ask what the charges were for they said i signed up for a dating service. I sent for this company's initial information kit which was advertised for less than $10. When I received this information kit, I saw immediately that the service was not applicable to me, so I sent the kit back without opening it, meaning I never installed the software enclosed in the kit or logged on to the company's web site to establish a membership. I have a very similar experience to others reporting on Residential Email. I noticed an unexpected charge of $14.95 on my Frontier bill from ESBI billed on behalf of Residential Email. I was e-mailed with news that I had won a random web lottery hosted by UK National Lottery Foundation. In order to collect my "prize" all I had to do was send the courier company $1200.00 USD in 2 separate Western Union payments. Instead I checked to see if this was a legitimate offer or a scam. The public transportation (buses) in Laughlin are in desperate need of repairs. They are constantly braking down and are dangerous. I was told that the mechanic hires uncertified kids to make the repairs and that helps him keep cost down. Is this not dangerous? Are they putting profit ahead of safety? I had my wedding catered by this company (person). Turns out she (Angelina) knows little to nothing about catering weddings or any event for that matter. They were late and very unprofessional. Her food was not exceptional as she claims, she buys her food from costco and other warehouse stores. I later found out that all the information I read on her website was a big lie. Her experience was exaggerated and the testimonies submitted by the clients were in her own words not those who she claims wrote them. My complaint is that I signed a contract with Help U Sell Realty on May 16, 2007 thinking that they would do an efficient job of advertising on my home for sale. I recently submitted an unconditional withdrawal in December 2007 from Help U Sell after realizing that I had dropped my house price $40, 000.00 over a period of time and they never showed the price difference listed on the MLS website. We purchased a Silestone quartz surface countertop in 2002 with a ten year warranty. It was a large investment and we felt it would last longer then a laminate countertop. However, we found a defect in the stone (chip) within six months and now we have two cracks and a seam that is easily noted.
