The only address I have is from my Discover account. These charges began on 9-17-07 after a charge to J C Penny on 8-28-07. I called the 800# and it said "welcome to JC Penny Fun and Family Rewards." I have always found J C Penny to be reputable and I wonder if that company is really a part of this but should know. Charges of $9.95 have been made to my Discover from 9-17-07 to 12-18-07. This company has taken 36.00 out of my bank account under a Joann Gallie on the check as the check holder. Because of this I have two 25.00 insufficient funds fee that I had to pay and I had to pay a 35.00 returned check fee to a merchant because their unauthorized draft of my account, for a total of $120.80 out of my pocket. I was a tenant of Kenneth Johnson for a year. For the first couple of months I had no real problems with him. However, later, pipes in the basement of my apartment sprung leaks and water began accumulating on the floor. Both my husband & I were struggling through serious health issues & surgeries when these charges hit the MasterCard. As soon as I noticed it, there were already 3 months of charges. I tried to trace it, then called Sears who had issued the card. They removed one month's charge and changed my credit account number. BUT they have done nothing to help resolve the issue which I refuse to pay. Looking back I think they knew immediately that it was a fraudulent charge. I went to 2 Chrysler dealerships looking for a mini-van. I went to 2 dealerships in my area that are about 5 miles from each other. Both places treat customers like they don't matter. I purchased a sub zero 601 stand alone freezer unit new in march 2002. The unit was delivered defective. Many different problems cropped up over the years. Blown defrost heater coil, ice maker malfunction, outer seal leaks. The unit has been serviced more than 25 times in less than 6 years with an average mean time between failure of approx. 3 mos. Instead of making a living like many recruiters will tell you, it turns out to be a very expensive hobby. The job is transporting RV's and I was in the tow away (trailers) division. I bought the norton 360 protection, for my computer at home. When I installed it, my computer went off line and I could not, for the life of me, get my computer back on line. I was very upset! So I went down stairs, ate dinner, put the kids to bed, went to bed myself, and had sex with my wife. There was nothing else that I could do, until the next day. I recently placed an ad on petfinder.com. I was immediately contacted by email in regards to someone adopting my pets. I noticed right away that a couple of the emails entailed the same format, just different names and shipping addresses.
