I had my wisdom teeth extracted 8-9 yrs ago. The dentist extracted the incorrect tooth. He had me get a brace to correct the problem and it did not. This company bills your telephone bill for calling cards that you never ordered. When the phone company was notified they immediately recognized it as a fraud and took it off of our bill. A lot of phone company employees are also finding it on their accounts. This company is also know as USBI. They even charged for long distance service on my computer line. DUH. I applied for DSL Service over the internet for our home in Owensboro. Bell South offered a $75 rebate for the modem if you applied on-line. I did. After months passed, AT&T took over Bell South. I inquired about the $75.oo and was told that it would still be provided... just watch the AT&T rewards site and it should be available sometime in Jan. When I contacted AT&T today... BEWARE!!! When you receive notification from FIA Card Services regarding your APR--- read the fine print. You may not even know what account is affected. Unless you mail a written notification of rejection of the high interest rate (in my case it was 27.99%), they will automatically raise your rate. Asurion sent me a replacement phone that had 5 separate defects, it is my firm opinion that asurion is shoveling garbage out of their warehouse, it is my opinion that asurion knows that a certain % of the replacement phones that it ships are defective. It is also my opinion that asurion management knows that a certain % of these substandard phones will not be returned, these defective phones are generating revenue, again my opinion. This firm sells discount packages for a variety of goods and services for a $1.00 charge to your credit card... they had the number. My wife found Style Chest online and ordered some clothes from them on January 10th, 2008. After paying by credit card, she was told that the items would be shipped within 48 hours and she would be emailed the tracking number. Service fees on the Checking account are not supposed to be there IF there is at least $300 or an 'approved' deposit of at lease $25. HA that's a riot I've had to call them 4 times to get the fee reversed. I was charged $6.78 first then $31.98, this company is affiliated with PRIVACASH 1-866-243-9554. The lady I spoke with was Sheryl and the Accountants Name is Debra. Sheryl said she was going to call me back and within 10 minutes called me back to get more info and said will call back tomorrow. I was finally able to get someone from customer service by calling the number on the back of the billing (not the number in bold print on the front). It is 1-877-442-7700. My daughter was taken to the Emergency room back in 2004 because she slipped and landed on her back-spine on the pool tile.
