I recently went through WAMU (William Wiggins)for a refinance on my present home and existing loan with WAMU. After a month of questions and figures we came to an agreement to send out an apraissal company (LSI) @ $615.00. After 2 weeks I finanly got an E-Mail from Dawn Jaeger in the loans department telling me my house was apraised for only $328,000.00 and the value was not high enough to refinance. I called the collection services phone number regarding a collections bill I had received for a hit and run car accident that I had been in. My heat pump was down most of the winter last year. The service tech got it fixed again just before spring. The a/c worked great this summer, but as soon as it got cold enough for the heat, it would not heat again. The service guy replaced a recalled part & it heated for 17 days. I've tried to contact the company, but I have only been able to e-mail them. My service guy can't get any co-operation out of the local rep. On 8/14/07 I called Earthlink to cancel my e-mail account with them. I spoke to someone there who took my information and he gave me a confirmation # of 13069074. In Sept. of 07 I received a bill from Bill Me Later of $21.00. I mailed a denial of payment along with my confirmation number. In November I received a letter stating that Earthlink had denied that I ever canceled. I was told that I must pay the bill. I too was a victim of this scam! While trying to receive an online payday advance an add popped up about a "virtual visa." After reviewing the add I declined and continued with the loan application. A few day later I received a bank statement with a withdrawal of $49.95. After reviewing the statement, I contacted EverPrivate Customer Service and was given a ticket number and promised a refund in 7 to 14 days. I just want to advise anyone that may want to make a purchase here. When I ordered my futon I got very poor service. The final product was not delivered to me until 2 months after I ordered it. They were not good at getting back to me via phone. I had to call several times to get the status. When it did come in they did not ship it to me. I had to go pick it up. They sent 15,000 marketing letters to decision makers on my behalf assuring me I would get at least 1% return in calls (150 calls). I got 4 calls for jobs not even in my field! Jizletech are the most unreliable, fake, low life bunch of thieves. We placed an $226 order via email for some original Polo shirts. Before we received the shirts my money was taken out of the credit card account in a matter of hours. What makes it worse is that the delivery was 3 weeks late. Long Story short the whole thing is fake. I checked out the address and it's actually a UPS Store not any kind of Talent Agency Business called Explore Talent as it claims to be. I went down there to check it out myself. If you go to googlemaps.com and go to find business and type in explore talent it will give you the address of 8033 Sunset Blvd in Hollywood ca but notice how it says unverified address and if you click on search nearby or just search that address it will give you the UPS Store location. This Nov 07 I took my car to the local Mercedes Benz Dealership were it was purchased new and were the Western General Extended Warranty was purchased just before the factory warranty ran out. AT&T wireless services charges their customers calling 1800 "'s from their cell phone. I had to pay $400 monthly bill after AT&T taking over from Cingular. I used to use local carrier to call overseas through their 1800 #. 1800 is meant free for the customers calling. But whereas AT&T charges even for 1800 #'s. We decided to take our car to blvd Imports on Wilkinson Blvd in the town of Lowell N.C. a few weeks ago to see if they could repair it.
