I ordered a cannon g9 and long lasting battery. I was asked to call. when contacted, I was told that it would take 12 hrs. to charge in the original included charger, I should buy a rapid charger. I bought a SUV from them for $23k. The car contained no owner's manual and was missing an obvious part of its interior. I needed to bring the car in for service for this part and to get a hitch installed. During this 2 week time period my salesman had been fired/quit. Purchased the dishwasher in 2001. we were shopping of a bosch, the sales person told us a kitchenaid was much better HUH! Since then we have atleast 2-3 service calls a year. the heating element has gone out, it blows fuses, the hinges have gone bad on the door making it way "a million pounds" now the soap door does not open. the water. its been one problem after another. you would think after spending 900.00 on a dishwasher I would not be having all of these issues. I noticed that the amount of $14.95 has been taken out of my personal bank account since August 13, 2007. Both from Easy Saver and WC Value Plus. Bought a Philips 37" LCD TV from Best Buy on 9/28/07. Had to return the TV because it has a defective screen - a line of pixels were out - Best Buy took care of that because it was within their 30 day guarantee. On 11/24/2007 the audio went out on the TV. Ordered HD TV from direct tv they sent incompetent installer who could not install hd tv after 4 hours he left called Direct tv to complain was hung up on 4 times then they said at least he was on time. We bought a 46" LCD HDTV with HH Gregg for $4,000.00, were talked into buying extended warranty from GE for $499.00; so that we could be "rest assured" if anything happened to our TV we would be covered. I recently returned an item with the receipt. I asked for store credit but they told me it had been over 90 days and I couldn't return it. It was not a seasonal item and they carry it all the time. I am a person who keeps all receipts. This tells me that I would have been better off to take it in without a receipt. At least I could have gotten my store credit. After 18 months the door water and ice dispenser failed. We had a 3 year service warranty and after a week of listening to this unit clap and blink the service tech required another week to order parts. The refrigeration in the refrigerator section then failed and now we have a 1000 "ice box" to keep the food from spoiling. Now they say it will take 7 to 10 more days for the parts to be sent from the factory. We are irate and will never recommend this product. I was trying to access information about filling out forms with Google. When I accessed the site I authorized $1.95 (shipping and handling fee) to be withdrawn from my account for the information CD about filling out forms. The next thing I know is there is a deduction from my account in the amount of $39.95 from Vemma Builder. I was also charged $9.95 from this website as well. I never subscribed or authorized anyone to make deductions from my account. These are fraudulent charges without my knowledge (until looking at my statement) or consent. On March 24, 2007, it was agreed between myself and loan officer Aundre Van Dorn of Chase Bank that i would refinance with Chase. I was told that i had to pay a appraisal fee of $250 for the loan to be locked in at 6% without any discount points. I gave Aundrea Van Dorn my debit card number for her to charge the $250 from my account and lock in the rate at 6% and no discount fee. I ordered four bottles of one of their products and requested delivery via USPS; I never received my product although they immediately took my money. They sent me a delivery label, but the Post Office in my area has been unable to ascertain delivery. The address I used was my office address and I never had any problems with delivery of anything to this address via the Post Office. I contacted Exclusive Health Products and was told there was nothing they could do, that they shipped the product. Didn't care that I didn't get it. On 10/17/07 I had a full face phenol peel under conscious sedation. At 6 weeks post-peel, my face is red ( as expected) BUT the redness is streaky and blotchy all over my face. The uneven application of my peel is the cause of this unacceptable result. It is impossible to apply makeup and look presentable.
