I opened a fidelity account so I could liquidate the stock and use the fidelity checking account service as my main checking account. I called Grant Pro Writer about some money to fix up my house, they gave me a confirmation number and I should receive my information pack and c.d. in the mail within 2 weeks and it would just cost me about $10.00 and I can cancel any time. They will start taking out 29.95 out of my account every month once I received the pack. Well it's been 2 months and they are taking 29.95 out of my account and I still have not received anything. Incessant, unsolicited calls at least 5 to 10 times per day to my home phone. All hours of the day and night, 7 days a week. Will not allow you to call back; recording that "call cannot be completed as dialed". They have done the same thing to my fiance'. Lucky he caught it within 3 moths of the first charge. He called and cancelled and then raised a little hell until they refunded the last charge. Then he disputed the other 2 moths with his credit card company. Similar to others, first billing had a late fee and finance charge. Three phone calls, unable to reach supervisor, finally reached supervisor who had an attitude. Care Credit is GE Money and GE Money is owned by GE. I have emailed them at https://www.ge.com/contact/contact_form.html as I suggest we all do. I purchased 2 D-Link routers through Tiger Direct. One was a DI-784 Tri-Mode Dualband Wireless 108MBps router with all the accessories and the other was a DI-624_revC router, again with all the accessories. The DI-624 was for use in my business. The DI-784 was purchased for use on a new home computer, however I never got to install it. I installed the DI-624 on my store computer. Kmart advertises, buy one board game, get one free - Thursday only! I purchase total of 6 games plus tableware that happens to be on sale. I get to my friends house and it turns out I am charged the full price for the tableware. My friend was nice enough to take me back to Kmart and $16.30 was returned due to overcharge. I took the service a year ago. Initially when I called to India using the service it was really hard to connect after repeated try through the 800 number the call will go through. Most of the time there would be noise in the back ground. After couple of months something happened to there system and I could not use my service. This is the email I sent to GE: "I have lost confidence in your product. I am now on my 3rd hot water heater and 5th Watt's relief valve. The 1st tank leaked around the plastic at the base of hot water side. The 2nd leaked around both sides and out of one of the dimple holes around the relief valve. Last month I had a problem with this company. They sent me a bill charging me a late fee and an added fee after the payment had been made. I have my payments sent by my bank so I was able to go in a get a copy of the check cashed by Continental Finance and email them a copy of the check. We bought a washer, dryer and refrigerator from a local retailer that used GE for their financing. 48 months, 0% interest. We signed up. First warning: They overcharged us $1000. Fixed it. On January 28, while driving home from a friends house, I heard a "pop" from the bottom of my car and then lost compression in my engine. The car was struggling to idol. Very misleading to represent FREE airline tickets when it actually will cost us $400 to $500 for the 2 tickets. It may be less than what we could buy the tickets for, however, maybe not.
