back in june 06 they setup the plan wrong. Called them many times and everytime they said "plan is okay". Finally in Sept 07 I talked to a rep that found the problem and fixed and she backed tracked all the extra charges to come up with 146 dollars or so. She submited the credit, but it was denied because they only do 60 days back. So they only gave me credit for the past 2 months. Rapid Cable sent notification of a price increase effective Dec 1st. This price increase represented a 55 percent increase (from $80 to $125). I did not accept this increase and called on Oct 30th to have my service disconnected. The scheduled date was November 16th. I had to make arrangements to be off from work that day. When I called the phone number, I was told I signed up for this service and there was no manager to contact regarding the fraud charges. They said they would cancel my membership per my phone call. I spent about $75.00 in fees to transfer a virtual line. I paid for 2 months of a second line, even though it wasn't working. Purchased tickets thru Ticketmaster for comedy show "MoNique" - event scheduled for 10/27 at 8pm. By 8:35 p.m., show had still not started. We had arrived 7:40pm to be on time.
