WAMU offered me a zero percent credit card (no interest for a year). They transferred the money through electronic check, then refused the check, then charged me $ 20 for insufficient funds (for the check they refused -- at this time I had a $0 balance and the check was more than covered by available credit). My wife and I just recently change our Insurance carrier from United to Aetna through my wife's work. My wife specifically asked the receptionist if this office was a in network provider for Aetna. It would seem that Retail Services makes a point of noting payments as arriving late so that they can charge a late fee. I have no problems with any other company when sending payment but have had numerous problems with Retail Services. They recommend sending payments 11 days before due which I find ridiculous, the postal service is not that slow. We were suppose to get 2 nights free anywhere in us. We had to send them #75 which they said we would get back when we sent in our bill from the hotel. Alos a #30 gas card. We took the trip to atlantic city and guess what we had to listen to another time share to get our hotel. We didn't get the gas card or the $75 back. When i call they said their voice mail is full. I purchased a HP Pavilion dv2500t laptop from HP shopping.com. I got delivered after 10 days. After 2 hours of operation, the stupid LCD broke down and I called their HP customer service. They sent the box to ship it back to the company after 5 days. I got the box, packed my laptop and sent it. Then they suddenly stopped responding. 1. Dishwasher was marketed as one of the largest yet the arrangement and position of racks limits greatly the amount of dishes that can be loaded. 2. There is an upper, adjustable rack that when set in the lower position leaves a hole in the water pipe making cleaning completely ineffective. DO NOT USE Tampa Bay Surgery Center!!! The worst experience Ever!!! They do not know up from down, which is really scary when you are thinking about getting surgery done here! I purchased a Magellan model 360 GPS in December 2006. The street names in Sebring, FL. had been changed one year earlier and they were not updated in the Magellan GPS. I was told there was none available yet. Three months later I was told the same thing, wait a little longer and an update should be available.
