I was scheduled to fly Jet Blue FLT 174 from San Jose to New York on Sep 1, 2006 at 10:35pm. We were made to wait for 3 hours before we were told that the flight would not leave until the next day since a flight attendant was sick and they could not find a substitute. Hello, For the protection of other consumers I would like to comment about PENYAK ROOFING in SOUTH PLAINFIELD NEW JERSEY. This contractor did our roof and it was a nightmare. At first I was very pleased at the very low price I was quoted... almost half the price of other contractors. but I learned there was a reason for this. Sent Kodak camera in to them on three separate occasions under factory warranty. Each time, camera was logged in and logged out as "repaired" on the same day of receipt. Each time the problem was not corrected. Each time their repair statement said "adjusted to factory specifications" which is roughly akin to pumping up a tire with a slow leak to 32 pounds and saying it is repaired. I went to a website to get a free credit report. I completed the information, and never saw anywhere that indicated I would be automatically charged each month, but that is what happened. On August 1 2007 I purchased two Southwest salads from Wendys on Tyndall Parkway in Callaway Florida. I drove home (approve 6-8 miles) to discover that my chili for the salads were not included in the bag. On June 29th 2006, i purchased a PNY 1GB SD card 2 pack from CompUSA in Orem, Utah. There was a $10 mail in rebate offer on either the 1GB SD 2 pack, or a 512MB Compact Flash card, for a possible total of $20 in rebate, if you bought one of each. I only bought the 1GB SD 2 pack. I've just been going through the merchant dispute process with CitiCards. They now say I have no recourse since the retailer's return receipt for the merchandise arrived at my home one day after some Mastercard cutoff date. So I have lost the merchandise, yet still have to pay the original price. I have found that Citicards disputes are subcontracted to Credit Bureau Disputes, Inc. I recently purchased a couple of chicken burritos at a Taco Bell (6/11/2007) at store number 002987. When eating, apparently there was a small bone like object in the burrito, and it broke a molar. I contacted Taco Bell on numerous occasions, as well as Yum! Brands Inc. Apparently, they need the bone or whatever it was to compensate my dental bills. AOL Internet Service: AOL is getting over on people because of their unethical practices: I signed up for a free 3 month trial but AOL took over my whole system and their e-mail is set up so that you are unable to reply--I didn't use their system for more than a week I had to delete AOL from my system because it kept popping up and interrupting my Yahoo were I wanted to retain my same e-mail address. I would like to complain about a Billy Mays TV add for the Samuri Shark Knife Sharpener. The ad said the order would be doubled for the cost of shipping and handling. It was too good to be true. Their Customer Support is an absolute joke. Our cellular tower is down again - for about the 4th time in 3 months. Can't make or receive any cellular calls. There is a web site called www.boxsoftwares.com that spam text messages my cell phone several times per month. I DO NOT get free text messages and I have no way of blocking the spammer.
