I bought an HP Pavilion Notebook computer in October 2006. When I turned it on, the back light on the screen didn't work and the screen was black. HP telephone support couldn't help. So I guess what you are confirming is that is OK for you to make a product where some fails in less than the 36 months that has nothing to do with mileage that you feel that's OK to make and install such a shabby product on what used to be the good name of Chrysler. I bought the Zenith XBR616 DVD plus VCR player/recorder in November 2006. I promptly had to replace it under warranty a month later. In July 2007, the unit only played about half of the DVDs inserted into it. I called Zenith's customer relations and they told me that the parts would be under warranty, but that the labor expired after 90 days. I could mail it in for free, but it would cost me $69 in labor just to start looking at the unit. I decided against that since it only cost about $100 new. I watched the infomercial on the TV and was impressed with the product, so I ordered it by phone. At no time did I ever speak to a real live person. I received a Collections Notice from Afni Collections for $69.45 for a Disconnected telephone number that I have Never had. When I tried to call they said they had too many calls and I should go on their WEB Site to have them call me. This morning I got on the Web Site and saw a different number, after holding for 15 minutes I was disconnected. I bought a 07 Tahoe form champion being assured I was buying a flexfuel vehicle. That is what I asked for so they assured me they could help me. On a Sat. morning about 8am, my husband had discovered my cat had been poisoned when he found small drops of a white foamy substance outside of our porch. During my stay at Park District I have come to realize that things are not always like they seem. I have filed 3 different claims with VPI Pet Insurance only to have all 3 of them denied because of exclusions in their policy. Read the fine print in their policy, there are A LOT of exclusions. Charter Communication is the only ISP I can use in my neighborhood and they act like it. I signed up with them in Jan '07 because they were running a "special". $100 rebate on modem to sign up for new service. It was a joke from the get go.
