I purchased a book online from this company in Oct 09. When placing order there was a box to check if you wanted to get a discount and reduced shipping. I bought a Whirlpool Fron Load Washer in Feburary of 2010 and in Sept. of 2010 it stopped working. I called the Sears repair service and they came out and said it was some computer board. They had to order it. They then came out and replaced the board on Sept.17th. I decided then that it would be wise to get the extended warrenty. We received a shipment from this company (PRO# 1295830173). It was shipped from Orlando, FL ON 05/24/2010, and arrived in Medford on 06/01/2010. We were at the local shipping company within minutes of the shipments arrival, where it was removed from the shippers truck to our vechile. I received my bank statement last month and noticed that a Mvq*valuemax has taken out $29.95. I looked around and could not find anything in my records for this and decided to watch my account for any futher charges and sure enough there it was again this month. I always follow my checking account and noticed 3 moths ago a charge for $13.95. I called the number that comes with the transaction, and it told me to call another number that wasen't even a number. My bank cancelled my debit card and refunded the money. Next month it happenedagain. Same process same results. All cancelled and refunded again. Now the third month and the charge is back!!! WTF! PINNACLE represents T-MOBILE and I terminated my contract with T-MOBILE and am subject to early termination fees. I was not able to pay PINNACLE the final $450 on time and now PINNACLE is reporting me multiple times for the same thing and same account to the credit agencies. I had a credit card debt charged off. Original debtor was conoco. I was told buy Financial Recovery Servicies that they bought debt. FRS called and were rude to my wife's business and we settled for $330.00. This was a total complete settlement and they were to send confirmation by mail. We have cable TV...it was installed in January...they sent 5 installers to connect cable to our townhouse...it took three trips to first get cable to the townhouse, then everyone shows up to hook up two televisions and internet. On Monday, January 9th, I was told I would receive my package on Tuesday. Tuesday I waited all day and at 5 pm was told I would receive it on Wednesday.
