I am so angry, I thought I would try this company's product and signed on for my free trial. I was charged for the trial and I never received any product. Two weeks later I was charged once again on my Visa, still no product. I received an email saying they were sorry, that the shipment was turned around at customs. They offered me a twenty dollar discount, which I have yet to see and have charged me again and still no product, Visa gave me a number I could call to cancel the product, which i did. I bought a brand new computer w/ Office Professional and can not view HTML messages in Outlook 2010. I've spent a total of 12 hours of my time in 6 separate tech calls with their tech center in India, but its rather obvious they are not familiar with this product. I own a website and became an affiliate for this company. THEY DID NOT PAY me for products that were purchased through my website. As stated in other reports, you cannot contact them. I had called the claims department to verify that repairs to my RV rooftop air conditioner would be covered, and they assured me it was. I submitted a cash paid receipt for the repairs in January, 2011 and now they are refusing to honor the claim. They sent me a request for additional information on February 14th, which I responded to the same day, and the claims representative actually told me he could just continue to say they never received it and not reimburse the claim. My account was suddenly closed. When I called to find out the reason I was told that the recent activity on my card was the reason for closing the account. The only activity that had been done on the account in the past two months was paying off the total balance and then using the card and paying it off in order to accrue more fun points. Upon the closing of my account all of the points I had accrued over the three years of having the card were forfeited as per their policy. I paid off the balance of my account in sept 2009, I actually overpaid the account by 47 cents. The card company closed my account but refused to refund the overpayment because it was less than one dollar. If I had owed that amount and not made the minimum payment I would have been charged $35.00 per month each month the balance remained. Thank God I read this then did a search of this company. They were on my credit report. They somehow what looked like a real judgment placed it on my credit report. I disputed it. I reported them and now I want to sue them. They keep inquiring under individual and I do no business with them never contacted them never even knew about these snakes. We purchased a Lane sofa leather covered recliner Summer of 2009. We immediately had problems. The underlying material on the sofa began to 'bunch up' on one side of the sofa. We called our dealer who called Lane to get the problem resolved. I bought a $500 gift card so that my grandson could take a cross-country road trip. He was using it for hotels and gasoline. After a few fill-ups the card wa rejected by a hotel. They could see money available still on the card but it was blocked! Every time he filled up his little 10-gal gas tank (about $30 worth) the card would block off $75 for four days. I purchased a Kenmore Elite French Door refrigerator from Sears almost 5 years ago and paid over $2, 400 for it thinking I would have it for years to come.
