my dsl internet service has been out or disrupted (20) times since june 6th, 2011. They say the problem is in the (3) miles of outside lines. As of July 4th, (today) the issues still exsists. I have purchased H&R Block the last 2 years and Tax Cut before that. The box says +State. Which means state tax program included. Which the way it has always been. I purchased H&R Block Deluxe becasue it has everything I need. capital one offered me overdraft protetion, but failed to inform me after a few months that it would run out. They also were charging me which was only suppose to be a one time fee. After bringing these charges to their attention they apologized and only waived one of two charges. Now on my feburary statement my APR as went from 13.15% to 22.90% and my mimimum payment as gone from $15.00 to $17.00. We rented a car trough the internet via Transavia and pre-payed it at home with iDeal. Arriving at the desk of Holiday Cars at Gatwick Airport we found that they did not give us the car before we gave our creditcard. We do not own a creditcard so we did not get our car. Via their website, I notified EZPass that I left my tag in the car I traded in. They sent me a replacement tag (no letter or instructions attached). I mounted it. Two weeks later they sent me another tag (don't know why - no letter or instructions). I replaced the tag I previously mounted. I have since received 12 violations from the earlier tag. Apparently it wasn't functional. I should not be responsible for the earlier tag not registering. It was their error. The violations total $208. I hired Safelite to fix a very small chip in my windshield. The technician looked at the repair, told me it would be no problem, took my money and began to work on my car. He never mentioned that there was a risk the repair could lead to a crack in my windshield. Three hours later I returned to my car to discover a six inch crack (now expanded to a twelve inch crack), a receipt, and a copy of their warranty which strictly limits their liability to the application of the repair cost to a replacement. I purchased a Links of London bracelet, which turns out not to be a Links of London bracelet, as a gift along with several charms. The charms are complete rubbish, they haven't even managed to paint the charms correctly, attached pics of some of them. My parcel came all the way from Hong Kong, nobody answered any of my emails I sent them as this has arrived well over a month later, I spent over a £100 in total for this. It is now June 17th, I have been trying to get my central air conditioning repaired since May 2nd. The Heatint & Air Conditioning Service Total Protect uses, is not only incompetent they are also dishonest. Freight Shipping uses multiple carriers. In my case, it is YRC. I was told by a representative and the YRC online tracking that my shipping will arrive on a date.
