Don't do it! I ordered 2 weeks ago for my girlfriends birthday on March 10th. They were to deliver between 11am - 3pm. I got an email from customer service at 4:30 pm... the day of scheduled delivery, asking me for extra money because of the distance from the local flower shop to the place of delivery. I purchased a brand new 2009 Honda Civic at about 60, 000 miles the paint started to crack. The car looks like a boiled egg that has been droped. No peeling or chipping just cracks everywhere. We are owed over $27, 000.oo from usm for snow removal, dates starting back to December 3, 2010 and ending March 7, 2011. They keep prolonging this process now for weeks and months. USM keeps sending back work orders they say are wrong, we fix them and send them back. All the invoices that are correct from January, February, and March still aren't being payed. Bosh charges a premium for their products and if the products were better, the charge would be justifiable. I purchased a dishwasher model SHY56A05UC/23 to have the control board fail on it within the warranty period. No big deal the part was exchanged and only had to pay the service fee. Now that the same part has failed outside of the warranty period at $260. plus service charge and Bosh says the part is no longer covered. the same part fails twice in less that 3 years and the bosh just throws up their hands and says sorry. I ordered the "Mad Men" box set of seasons 1-4. BAD! It was obviously recorded right off of the television; the AMC logo was in the bottom corner, as well as the "TV 14" in the upper corner. The subtitles were completely misspelled and did not match up to the words being spoken - a clear indication that this was not from the distributor, but from someone who had no grasp of the English language. Like everyone else I ordered what I thought was a free credit report. Only to find out a few months later they took 14.95 out of my account for months. I ordered a report from experians website not freecreditreport. I checked and they are the same company. I called and they refused to refund the money actually telling me to go to the site and see where it says it a trial. When I called to correct their mistakes, they claimed that it was already signed and they were extrimely uncooperative and rude. The lawsuit alleges that communication problems with York County's new, $36 million 911 system are a public safety hazard and are putting law enforcement officers at risk of injury or death. I wanted to try the free trial for just $6.95 for the shipping, I decided to upgrade to the double strengh for $44.92. I figured that was the price for the product and shipping. Today I get charged another $87.95 for the product I paid $44.92 for. I called them and they said that was the price of the product because I kept it for more that 14 days. I ordered the Biggest Loser 10 seasons - I paid good money 5 DVDs did not work. There were commercials and election coverage all through one season . Parts were missing from another episode and one episode was missing altogher from another season. I was willing to overlook that but the 5 DVDs that did not work needed to be replaced. Provo Craft sued and settled out of court Make-the-Cut software and now I cannot use it on my Cricut. I bought the Cricut specifically to use a 3rd party software with it, plus buy Provo Craft cartridges. For the love of Pete, this company has no clue when it comes to keep their customers happy. They are sue happy and going after any and everyone who has an idea they want. Stay away from them and buy from other cutting machines companies. There are many with much better cutting machines. Hired WTS in 9/2008 paid them to handle a tax situation that forced me into a bankruptcy. I owed the IRS $22k. When I got out of BK in 2010, they acted like I was a pain, and begrudgingly prepared a settlement Form 656, but I had to do all the work. The Form 656 asked for a settlement of $2k, but then WTS informed me that in addition to the $2k my 2009 refund of $3k and 2010 refund of $4k would also be taken by IRS. I placed an order for service with AT&T online and paid a deposit of $75. I contacted a rep after receiving an email requesting additional follow-up. I was told an additional $200 was needed for cable. I then cancelled the order and requested my refund since I do NOT have service with them. I have been given the run-around ever since. I purchased a new Englander Pellet stove in Fall 2009 from Lowes. It worked fine for the heating season 2009-2010 and then the beginning of this season 2010-2009. Suddenly, nothing worked.
