I received Explanation of Benefits statements for my uncle totalling over $7000 for claims submitted by Rotech on behalf on Arrowhealth Medical Supply in Bloomington, MN. Problem is that the service dates were in 2010 and 2011 and my uncle died in 2007. When I called Rotech, all I was told was not to worry - "they" realized they had made a mistake. I went into Radio Shack to pay off my account, I was not able to do that becuase I did not have my husband's ss# (he's primary on acct). I was NOT trying to charge anything I was paying off my debt. When making a reservation for a hotel in Palm Springs, the agent talked us into something that was guaranteed to get us a $40 credit off of our reservation. Sounds good but DON'T take it. That apparently agrees to membership in their "club" that offers discount travel. IF you do get into it, call and cancel your membership and call your credit card provider and dispute that charge and any future charges. It will show up as TLG*TRVLADV on your credit card. On 4-7-2011 I was sold a broken Motorola H730 Bluetooth Earpiece. No sound comes through the earpiece. Joel Kremer; the apparent owner of the retail web site, told me I had to go to Motorola to get service on my brnad new - broken headset. I have presented this complaint here and to his local BBB. I suggest you look around and check accurately who does reputable business by searching their return policy section on their web site to avoid getting ripped off like this. I purchased a Timeshare from Tahiti Village. I have never used it. I have tried, and the process is too complicated. At one time, long long ago, this was Lightspeed panel and was pretty good. Now, not so much! Having been a member for over 10 years the survey pay-outs used to be good, now they charge a fee off the points you earn that is twice as much as they used to get.
