On two occasions, I have waited in excess of fifteen minutes to be waited on. # 1 The teller was explaining a particular banking procedure to the only person in the bank other than myself. Instead of acknowledging me, she continued with the explanation. If I were there to do a major, time consuming transaction, I would understand more, but I just wanted to cash a check. Maybe a two or three minute transaction. This company held products I ordered for over a month because of a backordered item. When they finally sent the items, one was missing and I never received a credit for the item which they had charged me for at the time it was ordered. It is nearly impossible to talk to anyone in person and if you have the opportunity to do so they cannot do anything to help you. Ordered boots 12 of January. Credit card charged same day. At the end of January I tried to track order with no success. I called and they said they would fix the problem. Beware Note that Dri*app World is hacking into even gas station pumps and using it to get your personal information. Pulled into a gas station in Rock Hill, SC and pumped gas(as usual). I called Run Local Locksmith for unbolting the main door of the house. My husband had taken it with him by mistake on his week long trip. The other set was at his office whose key in turn was inside the house. I was quite amazed to find the locksmith ask me to prove that this is my house before he begins to open the locks. I purchased a radiator from Bob King the owner of Discount Radiator World, 4555 Auburn Blvd. Suite #20 Sacramento California 95841. I paid $3342.50 upfront and have never received it. I requested a refund and have never seen my money yet. He never intended on shipping me a radiator after seeing others that he has ripped off as well. I won entry to the 2011 MLB Opening Day Tourney Championship in February 2011. The Championship took place on March 16, 2011 and consisted of 1506 total players. Went to AMMCO shop in Dec. 3rd, 2010 to have my truck transmission service as the shifting was sticking. Asked them to change the fluid. They advertised these two whitening products to be used together for making teeth whiter in a sample form for a total of $21.60 and then two weeks later they bill you again for $79.95 saying that you agreed to a monthly charge if you didn't cancel within 14 days of receiving your sample products. You get no more product, but they claim that the sample was a 30 day supply and that $79.95 is the charge for a 30 day supply. I bought a pair of alexandrite earrings. When they were looked at by a certifiied gemologist, the stones were of two diffent grades and the quality was very low. I paid $760 for the pair and they were worth around $300. When I went back to Kay's Jewelers in the Northeast Mall (Hurst, Texas), I was told that there was nothing that they could do about it. The lease credit card terminals to small businesses and then do not inform them when the lease is up and for what is worth $200-$400 for this machine, turns into thousands of dollars that they deduct from your business account. My family and I just finished a weeklong stay in Orlando. I had found our room on vrbo.com and it fit what we needed. (2 bedrooms, heated pool, price was right!).
