Greystone advertises that it's call center is open 24/7, however when I called them tonight to have an elderly friend's services restored, I received no answer. I called their main number as well as their power outage number at least 10 times. The phone just rang for 6-10 minutes per call. I started calling them at 6:30 pm. It is their policy to restore your power on the same day if the bill is paid before 8pm. I called for an hour and a half to get the services restored and got no answer. I placed a phone order for coins and cancelled the order same day when realized I was over billed. The company confirmed my request for cancellation the same day. Two days later they billed my credit card. I confirmed by phone the order was cancelled and was told customer service would be notified to refund my money for the cancelled, over billed order. I have been with Dishnet TV since April 3, 2010! I send in a payment of $129.12. I have been a loyal customer. On 5/05/2011 another payment was taking out, when I had just send one in on May 4, 2011. Two years ago we downloaded Cyberdefender's free software to protect against computer viruses. My husband upgraded our package and subscribed to a two year service contract for $254. The contract was set to expire on 7/22/10 and we expected to receive a renewal notice in our email in box. IT NEVER CAME. They Bothered me till I agreed to do one of theie vacations and I picked pigeon forge cabin. The deal was to listen to their sales pitch.. When I picked my date the lady said ok that the dates I picked were ok but I had to pay a refundable deposit of 75 dollars. I had alread paid for the trip but agreed. Then they call back a week later saying it will be another 150 dollars because the last day of my stay was patriots day. Needless to say I asked for my money back the lady said no. I purchased a book on Amazon.com and I got involved in this awful scam... BBV Discount started billing me for 9.95 on a monthly basis! When I called them to find out why I was told I did a purchase and enrolled on this program! I Asked to cancel this rigth away and asked for a full refund for 8 months and I was told they could only do the last 2 months!! I hope people learn a big lesson from this! We have purchased three cars from this dealership and one car was a lemon. We poured thousands per year into a 10 year old honda with over 100, 000 miles.
