We purchased membership to this company in Feb. '10. We have had nothing but customer services issues but most importantly, we've seen none of the savings promised during the sales presentation. I am VERY frustrated with Intuit's Merchant Service. I overlooked the charge that was coming out of my checking account on the 3rd of each month. We signed up with a RingCentral's 800 number through a selection within VistaPrint after selecting and improving a custom business card design. We chose our 800 and had it placed on the card. We PAYED through VistaPrint and thought everything was set through our payment. VistaPrint nor RingCentral informs you that your 800 number will be cancelled within a week. They both make you believe through their erroneous descriptions that you have "reserved" the 800 number for your business. Very dishonest, the pictures of bouquets posted on their site are fake. Paid over $100 for a Mother's day bouquet and she received 15 stems of mixed flowers. HonestFlorist.com say if you contact them within 4 days if dissatisfied, they will send another arrangement. Never happened. Beware of the Bob Fitzgerald expired listing program. Bob's sales staff are targeting top producing agents around they country. The sales pitch is that they will call all of the expired seller listings and for sale by owners in your area and set appointments for you. The promise is that you will take 10 listings in 90 days. On Jan. 22, 2011 I ordered the Pro version of the Abcoaster. On Jan. 23, 2011 I was hospitalized, in ICU, due to a heart attack. I was unable to call in time to cancel my order. Angie's List will keep charging you even after you cancel your subscription or "discounted trial". My advise is to pay by paypal so that you can contact them when angie charges you again and again after cancellation. The nominal fee that you will repeatedly refute, at first, won't seem worth the time but will quickly accrue. Angie's banks on their customers being either busy or lazy. Caveat emptor! I am a former Draughons Junior College student, and I have a complaint about the way things were at this school. They had an internship class were they were advertising that they would help with job placement after graduation, however that was completely untrue. We purchased the deluxe solar cover reel system. It has been pain in the butt ever since we've tried to use it. The handle keep falling apart from the wheel. The wheel bearings then come apart, too. When we try to pull the cover overthe pool, it falls off the holders and rolls away somtimes into the pool. Also, the middle sags so low when the cover is all the way on that it drags on the ground. The worst part is that Doheny's would not let us return it or refund us. In fact, they offered NO compensation. We have taken a 200 dollar loss. TERRIBLE customer service. I was sold a bill of goods by cali bamboo. I was told the bamboo fencing was more durable than steel, weather resistant, and the perfect outdoor fence.
