I have been taking my dog to this groomers and I took him in december when I got there to pick him up they were not done so I paid the grooming fee then I saw he was pawing at his eyes. I had winter tires put on my car at the Canadian TIre at Shoppers World on December 9/09. On Jan 7th/10, as I was making a right hand turn, my front drivers side tire came off and rolled across four lanes to the other side of the road. All the bolts had come loose and fell off.
