I purchased a Yardworks 100' mesh reinforced self-straightening PVC Hose from Canadian Tire. I spent extra money on this product because it is not supposed to kink. This is positively the worst hose that I have ever purchased. It continally kinks - even the cheaper hoses that I have do not do this. Unfortunately I did not keep my receipt or I would have returned the product in a heart-beat. I purchased a DLP TV Samsung HLT-5076S. I have a problem and an expert tells me I need a software update. I contacted Samsung and they have no software updates for this model. It is only 18 months old and I was told that they cannot help me and I will have to find someone near me who deals with Samsung. they could not even provide me with a Samsung agent.
