Having financial troubles went to Fl CommerceCreditUnion. Told not to worry it would be handled! Did not get a HUD until the day of signing which was 4 th day after the 3 day wait period! We were given a rate that was outrageous. We had told creditors we were getting the checks that day and the bank knew it. If that was not the case we would have walked out. Tried to call the Manager but she won't take my calls since that day. It was a terrible way to treat people when they are down. Especially a bank. On Friday, I went into the store to buy a cell phone to have a Pay As You Go service. They offered me a package that included the phone & a free $50 card of minutes. She told me the phone takes 10 minutes for them to activate it for me, but they would deduct $15 of the $50 free minutes to do this for me. She handed me the phone after 10 minutes and told me it takes about 2 hours for the phone to work. I paid them $78.39, and I left the store. We have been let down severly on two occasions when we could have used another newspaper. Miss AVA Dubai 2009 is being held in aid of animal welfare. This company advertises free trial of their product if you pay shipping charges on the product with a charge card. At the end of they 15 day "trial" they immediately charge you $79.95 for the product they sent you. Their claim is that you haven't canceled the "subscription to their product before the ending trial date. There is no grace period and you are sent a email stating you are now a member and will be auto shipped on a monthly basis product at a charge of $79.95. This company never sent any product and charged my credit card 86.87. After the 14 day trial and after not receiving any product they charged me anyway.The other number which is 877-339-9872 that you are suposed to use to cancel during the 14 day trial is some guys voice mail that doesn't return calls.
