I purchased a pair of Wip Balm Sandals at my local Aerosole store at the beginning of June 2009. Within a month of wearing them, the insole was separating from rubber outersole, at the heel of the sandal. So we have had bees for the better half of the summer. In the process we changed over property managers. When notified, they forgot. When asked for the supervisors name, I was told not to contact to them and deal directly with Adam. It is now 6 weeks later, 4 kids stung and one stung today in the eye. Within two weeks, 53 forced us to turn away our business with them after being a customer for over 20 years. 1). They were suppose to close a checking account which I faxed documentation into upon request, they never closed the account down as they said they would, and people kept overdrafting it. 2). I just bought a brand new case of Acuvue Oasis contacts, on the first day I was experiencing eye irritation, very minor. I properly removed the contact from my right eye and experienced an excrushiating pain, when to the hospital to find out that the severe pain was from a corneal ulcer in the middle-left of my cornea, after days of severe pain, the doctors have considered me thier main case and informed me that once i heal i will have a permanent scare on my cornea and will require laser surgury. I submitted a BBB complaint about this company on 8.3.09 due to the manner in which Mike Shaw treated me. On 7.24.09, I had encountered an issue with my breaks that I did not understand after having them done by Firestone in February. I generally like Petco. I had to buy some styptic powder the other day because I was out of my bottle that I had for a few years. This is because I don't quick dogs nails very often but the bottle spilled. I like to have it "just in case". The only styptic powder they sell is in a tiny tiny vial, manufactured by Bamboo. My friend and I both ordered VOX 500GB External drive through e-cost in Dec 2008 with a rebate of $40 and have yet to see anything. VOX official website has a rebate status check which doesn't even show that a rebate was submitted for either one of us and when we contact ecost all they say is that we have submitted your rebate again and are waiting for a response back.
