Lack of respect for ticketed passengers with a seat assignment. I purchased a ticket to fly from Albany, NY to Knoxville TN connecting through Detroit. I got to the check in 1 1/2 hours before the flight and was told that I had to be rebooked to connect in Atlanta because the flight was overbooked. Called them up to open locked car. They used local Seattle number and local name. Asked for quote and was told that it would be $39 for service plus possible $19 fee. When I asked for full amount for this particular car, they started becoming very evasive. Five minutes later I got a call from a number that was restricted for caller id. "Sarah" then suggested a 'preferred' credit reporting site to obtain the score. You should never have to use a 'preferred' credit reporting site that, in the fine print, charges $14.95/month for a service you did not intend to buy. Sounds like a scam to me. OAN and Verizon do not manage their businesses with their customers best interest. I was charged for voice mail which I did not request and it is not available in my calling area. Plumber sent to fix toilet that was running intermittently. Told me toilet was old and should be replaced. Requested he fix running. He kept going into second bathroom to look at that toilet. Not only did his installers do a terrible job on our floor, but at every step of the process, he did exactly what we told him NOT to do. I have used White Diamonds since it came out on the market in Fort Worth, Texas. I cannot hardly find the parfume spray. The sales associates tell me that I do not know what I am talking about, the frosted bottle with the gold lid is only for special occasions it is the same perfume that that is in the clear bottle. I want to lodge a strong complaint against your shop's attitude of labeling all product prices lower and charging higher at till and expecting customer to recheck what they have been changed. This company is not listed in phone book nor do they have a website to confirm that they are doing business in the state. Asking for you to go to a credit checking webpage is their way to get paid by the number of people clicking on a link. Called them out because Basement was backing up due to Roots in the Main line. Quoted 1.5Hr and 100Ft of Cleaning. Plumber found seperation in line and claimed had to stop that his equipment got stuck. Claimed if it got stuck would have to break ground to repair line. Left partialy cleared line. Basically would not complete the job unless Main was to be replaced. When I explained other plumbers provided quotes, they wanted to know who so they can report them for working on a Main line that was broken. RUN from this organization! I spend over $600 to fly in for a quick 2 hour visit to see my son at the Air Force Academy. I contacted Holiday TV to repair my big screen, Marty came to the house diagnosed the problem and said it would cost $410.88 to get the part, he told me I could pay it all up front and get the part overnighted or I could give him half and it would take 2-3 weeks for the part to come in.
