First, my wife has dementia and is not supposed to respond to "offers". Allegedly my wife "joined" this group. She apparently paid $30 of $300 fee. Yesterday I received a call from a collection agency that we owed $270. This is the first I knew of this. Collection agency had no phone # for the company. Their website has no phone #. I want to talk with a real person about it. My wife has no recollection of receiving anything (although she may have) or of "joining". Hi, We signed a contract with Regis Homes in San Jose Downtown in community "One East Julian" last October. We were told specifically by the sales reps that we were allowed to back out within 30 days. ASSURED us that we could even after we signed contract. I am like all the others, unauthorized debit from my accounts. I have called three times and they still appear. How do they get away with this? After being on hold for 10 minutes for the third time I get someone who is vague and of course asking for my credit card # as they cannot find me by my name, ph#, etc., same story as before. I ordered this product and THANK GOODNESS I googled information about it afterwards. The phone number is fake. They say they will ship you the Acai Berry Supreme free trial within a couple of weeks but they never do. Then, under their terms & conditions, they say they will begin charging your card over $100 a month for the product unless you cancel. It's impossible to cancel. I gave them $575.00 for a retest at DMV and there truck had an airleak and gauges that moved all around, they caused me to fail the retest. My wife and I are out $575.00 and a future because of their faults. I was suspicious the day I signed up in April 2008, about 5-6 months ago. The host asked me if I wanted a free script that was an FFMPEG script that cost about $100-200 to this day. National Relocations picked up my delivery from Charlotte, NC on Oct.1st 2008. I was not honored my internet price quote and was asked to pay about $600 more. Not having much of a choice because I needed to move asap, and they take your $200 deposit if you don't cancel 14 days prior to pickup, I paid the extra money.
