I have bought calling card from global telelinks in USA on 8/6/2011. The customer service Representative who sold me the card said he will give me $ 0.7 for Sri Lanka if I buy $100 worth at that time. Also, he said he will give me extra 200 minutes if I pay $100. I contacted them in Oct. 2008 to file personal bankruptcy. They were recommended by Care One Credit Counseling. They took $1500 which I could ill afford, and told me my court date would be Jan. 09. It's now mid March, and I can't get any information from them about my case. If you are lucky enough to get someone on the phone, they can never answer any questions and always say that someone will get back to you. They never do. Received a call from EOS CCA on 3 Feb 2010. Called back at 1740 hrs and spoke to Sandra Dayton. Ms Dayton informed me that I owed XM Radio $48 and change. Rationale for debt was that I failed to renew my service when my one-year subscription had expired and did not cancel the service by contacting XM Radio’s cancellation service by phone and canceling the subscription. I continually received pop-up boxes stating that my Anti-Virus software liscensce had expried and I needed to renew as soon as possible. We are still paying 1 1/2 years later because the contract was rewritten after they left the house. On they copy they have everything was refilled in . Freight Shipping uses multiple carriers. In my case, it is YRC. I was told by a representative and the YRC online tracking that my shipping will arrive on a date. I take a day off that day at home waiting for the delivery. At around 3:00 PM YRC contacted me and said that I need to make an appointment for the delivery which won't happen on the same day. I ordered something online and while making the transaction this companys "AWI" Pop-up got past my security program, some how... prehaps hacking?? I declined then closed it. Then a few days later I get this letter informing me I had just joined there club. The letter said I would be charged $19.95 and it would be withdrawn from my checking account. I called the company and closed the account. I did NOT request to join this club!
