I'm leaning towards the site being a scam. I followed all the instructions listed on the website and sent payment. The payment was received on 05/05/2011; as of to date (05/12/2011), I have received nothing. The site instructed that once payment is received, an email confirmation would be generated in order to confirm the submitted information. I know payment was recieved due to the tracking number being verified; however, no confirmation was ever sent. If I receive no merchandise by the end of the month, then the site is definitely a scam. read full review »

I was a long term client of 8-9 years. I hooked up with Xplornet since there was no other service outside of cities in rural Canada. Since then, Bell, Telus, and Rogers, have all installed more transmission towers and cellular strength has increased in rural Canada. I now have options. I was issued an RGA to return excess materials my contractor ordered. The RGA was dated 12/22/2010. The company verified they received my goods and would be issuing a credit shortly. However, as of 5/12/2011 I still have not heard from the company. If you are wanting a smooth transaction in a timely fashion, look elsewhere. This company runs your card transaction immediately then you wait and wait and wait for your merchandise. In fact I am still waiting. I would definitely not recommend this company for business. I called numerous times and receive lots of excuses and am told it has shipped but it never seems to arrive.
