I am writing to file a complain against Ocean Pebbles Apartments for keeping part of my deposit without reason or previous notice. The property was checked by the landlady and maintenance manager in my presence and the only charge I signed for was a 35$ stain inside the oven. I just received a wreath that I ordered from Heart of Heaven and I am very disappointed that it is not all dried florals as you advertised and it is not anywhere as elegant and pretty as the picture on the internet. We had purchased a home that had used Meyer & Depew for their heating and cooling service needs so we decided to go with them too. We had them install a central AC unit that they recommended, Carrier. They had installed a 2nd Carrier unit a few years earlier for the previous owner.
