Hired this company on October 18, 2010 to install a concrete type flooring in my kitchen. Flooring is supposed to look like tile. The flooring was not the color I specified, the grout lines were supposed to be a neutral color, but they were full of spots of black dye from the concrete and pooled up acrylic. They don't ship anything and as soon as they get money in their account they come up with local taxes, shipping cost etc. They even threaten me for not paying! I went to whitepages.com to look for a friend's phone number and address. I ended up on their pay site. I entered my credit card and purchased the contact information for my buddy. I was fine paying for it. My credit card statement came and the charge was there from peoplesmart or something like that. Now a month later I get my next credit card statement and there's an additional charge for about $40 on my credit card! Tried this website which sounds great but you cannot ever get the games since the Sopcast service they use is never available when the matches are being broadcast. I am extremely disappointed with my order. The Starscream MP (Walmart G1 exclusive) figure is poorly packed and Starscream box arrived dented on one corner. The 2 horizontal stabilizer on starscream's leg and one of the shoulder gun were completed detached from the figure when it arrived, becoming loose in box. Also this item was shipped from China, not hongkong. It would be impossible to know if these were factory rejects, i.e. items were already loose before they even shipped it or came loose during shipping. Either way, the poor package didn't help. I requested a sample product to try. The cast was about $5. Following that I received four monthly products and four monthly bills for $87.47 / bill. I had not knowingly requested these products.
