workx GT trimmer
clbusch July 6, 2010
The power of this trimmer was very disappointing. It may trim short grass 3 times around a football field as in the TV ad, but in my yard it could not trim the tall grass around posts, under steps, and around areas my lawnmower cannot reach, as it struggled to trim and stay up to power. I still only have done about 2/3 of our yard and it is charging for the 4th time. Also, the tool is too short for my husband to use without leaning over. The reason I thought it would be a good tool for him is because it was supposed to be light weight. But he cannot use it because it causes him to bend over too much. read full review »

MBTfine
Macy July 6, 2010
I ordered MBT Kusumu sandals on May 25, 2010 (Order ID 57571473). I paid by PayPal $99.99($89.99 for shoes, $4.50 Insurance and $5.50 for Tax). On May 30, 2010, MBTfine.Com cancelled my order stating the shoes were out of stock and that they would refund my money in a week. It is now June 18, 2010 and I have not received my money, although I have contacted them every day. They tell me to be patient. I wonder, is this a scam. I am spending all day today trying to post complaints. I'm sure there are many avenues of how to do this effectively, but I don't know them. This is my start. I have filled out papers for BBB. read full review »

Faye Hall July 6, 2010
My husband died 5-10-10. In 2005, he invested money in 2 annuities with Midland National Life Insurance Co. On 5-21-10, I arranged with an agent for Allianz to obtain 2 new policies under my name with the death benefits under the Midland National Life policies. Allianz sent all the stated required information to Midland National Life Fed Ex. Midland National Life sent me a letter in early June that was dated May 27, 2010, notifying me that they would not process the claims until Allianz sentMidland National Life Allianz' Corporate... read full review »

Passionparties.com
Eddie July 6, 2010
I went to a Passion Party hosted by Lorraine 718-699-1280. She didn't even have one item for purchase that could be taken home. When asked if I would be interested in having her host an event at my home I said sure. On July 2, 2010 I txt Lorraine and told her that I had embarked on another venture and there would be a conflict of interest. I told her something about. This conversation culminated in her telling me via txt that I am shameful for not giving her information about my venture for her to share with her friends. Unprofessionalism is what you are in for when dealing with this woman in NYC area. read full review »

Adt.ca
Aaron July 6, 2010
We attained the services of ADT. 1 month later our home was broken into. The system failed to protect us. We chose ADT because of the rebate they offered; pay $300 installation fee and get $200 back within 4 to 6 weeks. Never ever got the check after multiple complaints. They have another gurantee that states ; If you are not happy within 6 months of ADT services we will refund all monotoring fees and installation. Adt will not honor that gurantee either. The other gurantee states: ADT will reimburse you up to $500 in the event of bulgary. It... read full review »

Called to get a wheelchair adjustment / repair on Tuesday, and was told they would be able to come out Thursday of the following week. Thursday comes and no tech, so I called them again and they said it would be Friday. Called them Friday and they said they would not be able to come out because the tech hadn't been in the office all week-- couldn't they have told me that before?? Receptionist was rude and unfriendly every time I spoke to her. read full review »

United Jewelry buyers of America
boring4528 July 6, 2010
Okay 1st things 1st I tried calling them for over a week till they finally called me back, just to tell me the jewelry I sent 2 weeks ago still has not shown up. After that I had to wait an extra 4 days when I finally looked online and their offer was $o.62, I was okay with that, until I went to a pawn shop when I got them back to see if I should have just let them keep it. Glad I didn't because I got $120.00 from the pawn shop. .62 cents and $120.00 is a HUGE price difference, so users beware do some research before going with this company or any other company. read full review »

Ecoupons.com
Peter July 6, 2010
The whole point of the site is to pay a % cash back for clicking through their website to make purchases. I went through the website to make a pretty substantial purchase, waited for a couple days for my purchase to show up on the site. It never did. I proceeded to use the options on the website to report this purchase which never showed up on my account. It's been over 4 months and I've filed several support tickets through the website trying to receive the cash back for this purchase. I've not received any response from the... read full review »

Sisbarro Dealerships
Melson July 6, 2010
Maybe Sisbarro is not the worst of their ilk, but they certainly are heading for that title. When contacted for comment on the foregoing article, no response was forthcoming. Addendum: Yesterday afternoon, a woman from Sisbarro phoned my home and left a message that my title was ready to be picked up. She was asked to please send an email as well, confirming this and telling me her name and where to come. No email was ever received, another indication of NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. read full review »

Wow, They really took my father for about $15, 000 in cleaned coins. Shame on them. I just went thru all the coins he bought from Mt. Vernon Coin Company and even had some graded. All came back as cleaned. Some even had the purple cleaner still on them in the sealed containers from their company. I will truely let everyone know that their company is truely nothing more than a sham. Don't let them sell you anything that is BU because it is BS! They clean every coin coming in their doors! This podiatrist has almost every client wear a walking boot after whatever procedure they had done be it a bunion removed or a minor foot surgery. He buys that same boot for 45.00 and sells it to his patients for 595.00 and has them sign a paper that says they will be responsible for payment should the insurance company deny payment. He also charges 800.00 for a knee walker when the patient could borrow a wheelchair to get around in for the six weeks needed to be off his feet. Protocal Cleaning Solutions
LadK91 July 6, 2010
I contracted with the owner (Esther Dilbert) for their Deep Cleaning Package for my apartment for a fee of $135. First off, they do not clean all the items stated on this expensive package - some of them very basic things such as the hood of the stove, outside of refrigerator, vacuum under upholstered cushions, dusting blinds. They missed the ceiling fan!, and I had to call them back to redo the kitchen floor and re-vacuum (both of which looked as if they had barely been done). To their credit they came immediately. ABI Fine Art

ABI Fine Art of 3171 Kashiwa St., Torrance, California 90505-4041 has been practicing dishonest sales practices and cheating consumers for an extended period of time. I have been cheated and have been in contact with others with the same experience. FIOS telephone
Essjay July 6, 2010
Verizon in souther Maryland sent a technician to my home, WITHOUT my request or knowledge, and "forced" my home phone line to FIOS!!! I'm absolutely floored and can't believe the audacity of this major corporation. I purpose to write every entity that oversee corporations and complain until something changes. I spoke to twelve different representatives and got twelve different answers. This switch happened while I was at work and caused me to not have a dial tone on my home phone for over a week. I think we should all rally together and cause Verizon to go under. They suck!! read full review »

On June 4, 2010 I bought a brand new 2010 Ford Escape XLT. 8 days later and 752 km later the cars rear end (both wheels plus axle plus differential) came loose, 2 subframe bolts were missing, 2 other subframe bolts were loose, almost died with my family. I have all the repair work orders and photos. The Ford company and dealership have kept mum about this, Transport Canada has made a report on this horrendous incident. And me I'm stuck with a lemon. I know other manufacturers have their problems and I used to buy Ford but it's now time to change makes. I have 3 sons that will purchase 2 cars next year and they won't be Fords. read full review »

Telus ADSL Modem
Cybergal July 6, 2010
I am more than furious at Telus's remark saying they do not refund equipment purchased from other shops! CCTS said that this is Telus response to my complaint about Telus Mobility wireless stick and the old ADSL modem I now have as a antiquated reminder just to piss me off everytime I look at it sitting there being useless. I was just looking over my bank account information and noticed two charges for 29.95. I agreed to a ONE-TIME charge of $1.00 (for a credit report, for a job), which was also removed from my account, along with one charge for $2.00 and an additional $1.00. All together, that makes for about $63.00 that I did not agree to. I called my bank immediately and they explained that it may be faster to call the merchant and get a refund that way, so I did. My husband purchased (6-8 months ago) a handicapped conversion van from Rollx. It was a 2007 Chrysler Town & Country, equipped with EVERYTHING a handicapped person would need.
