This is the worst dishwasher ever made!!! First time it broke was 3 months after purchase. Then it had a heating element that was recalled. We smelled a strange odor and noticed that the door control panel did not work. Only would run on the insta wash cycle. I agreed there customer service sucks. My alarm went off right after I left for work and the ADT operator sent the police to the wrong address. I got to work 45 minutes later they called and the operator left a message on my work phone and said to call them. The check was dated may 24 2010, but we didn't do any investigating until july because we were vacationing out of town. i received 2 letters from the company . i on june 23rd 2010 that stated that i am offered to pay a settlement of 60% of the amount due in a lump sum before july 23rd, 2010 or i can pay the 70% of the settlement in 3 months of july 23, august 23, and sept 23rd. We recently had a kitchen re-done by Weston Kitchens and it was a huge dissapointment. They made many design and installation errors, and failed to fix them or follow through with what they promised after many attempts to discuss this with them. Our general contractor found many structural or other problems with their designs which he had to fix after the fact at extra expense to us. We thought it would be worth it to "pay more" for better quality service, but we ended up paying a premium price to use this company and getting terrible service. I was trying to sell a 1999 Saturn SC1 Coupe with only 124, 000 miles on it. Though the car was not in perfect condition, it is listed on Kelley Blue Book as being worth $3, 255. We also have a CarFax report plus all the service records for the life of the car. We took the car to CarCash.Com in New York City. They gave us a quote for $200.00! WHAT A JOKE.
