I saw charges of $ 9.95 every month on my telephone bill. When I called the 1-877-257-2455, an operator quickly came on the phone and gave me credit, provided I give her the dates of the charges. I asked her these questions:
1. Since when has her company been charging me;
2. Who authorized these charges; why can't I get credit for all the previous charges;
3.What is her company's name;
4.What is her name;
5.What is the conformation # for the credit of the the only 2 charges I became aware of at this point.

In May of 2009, we hired Mark Boxberger to build a storage shed / shop building for us because his bid was the most resonable one we had. After a short time he advised us that it was taking him longer than intisapated to do the job. At this point the floor, framing, outside sideing and roof had been completed. Gateway / Monitor Lp2207
I have the Gateway monitor Modal# lp2207. I was gifted it by a friend who tells me it was purchased in December of 2009 from Walmart. When I fired my computer up one morning the little orange or red light on the monitor turned blue and then shut off. It looks as if the monitor is completely off. I have to unplug the monitor from the wall and then plug it back in to get the monitor up and running. You have to unplug it and plug it back in a number of times until it fires up. I absolutely love Carl's Jr, the food is great and so is the service until I came to this recent open Carl's Jr. in Carson, Ca on Del Amo st. Which I was happy about because it’s close to the University I attend. The woman in charge (wearing black with no hat) was rude, very disrespectful, and gave me the food incorrectly.

I went on line to possibly order one cross and buy the time I look at the cost of everything I blanked out my information then exit from that website. Well one month later nearly $200 was deducted from my account. When I called I told them that I did not submit once I got the total cost I blanked out all information however there system already grabed my credit card information. I saw the ad in flyer for Memorial Day Specials I drove 20 miles into the store to bye tents for our Christians Mens function. I got to the store, they said they had 23 of this item. I then waited for 30 minutes for the clerk to locate the item. Upon returning the clerk said they had 23 of this item, but they could not find them. I am a software engineer who has used a variety of brands. I got a 3 month old DV6t-2000 i7 quad core with 8GB RAM for development purposes. I trusted in HP brand and bought this computer to see that there is absolutely no support. The support department is offered replace the whole panel and reformat the PC for one of the key-caps(in my case up arrow) being loose or broken. Due to theft, I'd closed one acct., opened new, told it was protected. I told all authorized vendors of the change. One put through unauthorized charge on old acct and bank charged me on new. Alertpay has a hidden fee in their user agree ment that you will be charged 25.00 if you put in a wrong bank account number to withdraw to. They promptly took my money and assessed me 13.00 for the rest of the fee. Their response was too bad, so sad. Well, if they aren't cheating people, why is this not on the fees page where most people look? Do not use this site for bank services, use paypal. Do not attend a presentation at the Belaire in Puerto Vallarta. They make amazing promises that are all lies. Do not buy in!!! We were just there at the request of friends who bought in 4 years ago and have gotten nothing for their $25, 000. I bought a Craftsman 54 inch lawn tractor in april of 2009, and within 2 months it broke down. a technician came out to service it, and discovered it was manufactured improperly with a bent frame. He advised Sears, and myself that it be replaced. I fought with Sears for two months on having the tractor replaced, and finally they did so. about a month after repklacing the tractor, it broke down again. I recieved a marketing call from Platnum Rewards with offer of savings from hundreds of big name retailers. The person was hard to understand due to the dialect. I need to get it serviced but and the cartridges changed but even after repeated complaints and phone calls to customer care number i have got no response. I had subscribed for service of World space satellite radio in 2008. In December 2009, as usual, the company collected the annual subscription for 2010-2011. I had paid Rs.2000/- vide SBI cheque 548248 dt.12-12-2009.After collecting the subscription with in one month they closed down their operation in India.
The annual subscription is Rs. 2400/-. Their new scheme assured that 10 months subscription ie. Rs.2000/- will suffice for next 12 months.

Ford Mustang 1966
I bought a 1966 Mustang convertible. According the seller the engine has been rebuilt 5000 miles ago. And there is no rust.
What I got was a rustbucket. The car was flexible du to rusty framerails.
Enginge has never been rebuilt!
Power steering was leaking... that is the smallest thing...
Bought t this rustbucket from a Bruce Docter from Nebraska.

I thought I had looked them up when I did not find anything bad while I googled them. This turned out to be very naive of me...
They confirmed my order. Two days later they announced they do not ship to my country. Of course they have refused to answer my mails regarding paying back my money spent.
From my creditcard payment sheets I could see that the payment was transferred to JCS Fashion, which has received numerous complaints earlier. So look out!!!

I ordered 2 products from this website which i thought was the official legal website of the company Addiction Cosmetics and never received the products...it's been 2 months and I've send them countless emails but no response.
So I finally located the real company and their real website and they told me that there is this guy that is operating a fake website and they are filing a lawsuit against him as we speak.
Just to let all the customers know, don't order anything from www.addictioncosmetics.com...they will steal your money...it's not the official website or a legit company...it's a fraud.

I bought 1 ton onida ac model W112 YR on4-5-2010 from Khurana Electronics main bazar, Moga-142001 Punjab on the pursuance of the dealer that it would give perfect cooling to the 12ft. long and 10ft. wide room. I had to install it by my own when the dealer said that they had no arrangement to install it, despite the fact that it is clearly written in the booklet that the ac should be installed by the authorised dealer.
