Grossinger Volvo
Adam January 9, 2009
This morning, I received an e-mail announcing Grossinger's addition of the Hyundai brand. I find it very disheartening to receive a message about a new business line at Grossinger but never received any type of notice that the Volvo line was closing. I had a service appointment and found out when I arrived that the Volvo dealership 'shut down'. I was referred to the Toyota division for my service needs and was told that they have no access to my vehicle's history due to incompatible computer system. They told me all... read full review »

I've been with CPS for 5 yrs and for the last 2 1/2 yrs they've been out of control! Cps calls and restricts their numbers and call so much that I literally have turn off my phone. Then they try to assume what type of person you are if you make a late payment(s) and say things like' you can't pay your bills on time or you need to act like a grown-up. There has been times when I've told Cps not send a payment thru my banking account and did it anyway. The reps call and question and give people information about my... read full review »

Honda CRV 2005
Manny5 January 9, 2009
Our Honda CRV 2005 suffered an electrical malfunction last December 1, 2008. It was brought to the dealer Honda Cars Kalookan and was released December 3, 2008 after a fuse replacement. A week after, the same problem occurred. It stayed in their shop until it was delivered back on December 23, 2008 with the instruction of how to replace the fuse when it busts! It did bust several times. We returned the car on January 5, 2009 with a letter to the dealer's service manager. On January 8, 2009, I was informed by the service advisor that they... read full review »

Worse experience ever!! Don't bother complaining to the manager because he'll just brush you off. No point complaining to BBB, because whats the point. They ran a so called contest on a website, but when you inquire when and where the contest is to be held - they don't know, coz the person that was suppose to run it has quit!!! Aside from that, you print out a coupon (worth $750.00) that is emailed to you after registering - but they won't honor it coz the person that ran the contest is no longer there. DON'T BOTHER EMAILING THE OWNER TO COMPLAIN...he won't even respond! read full review »

Kia Sorento 2.5 diesel
Rudi Greyling January 8, 2009
I bought a new Kia Sorento 3.5 petrol (automatic) in 2005 and kept it for 60, 000 km. The automatic transmission often did not want to select. The agents could not solve this problem and I decided to trade it in on a Kia Sorento 2.5 diesel with a manual transmission. Since new this car often did not want to select 4 wheel drive low range . I took the car to the Silverton branch in Pretoria in October 2008 to fix this problem and they changed some electronic valves, but the vehicle was still not fixed. I took the car back in November 2008 and... read full review »

Met with sales and was waiting for my vehicle to come in and rebate to start on 09 Optima. Rep sent me email detailing transaction, which I replied to, and they confirmed. When I arrived at the dealership after 40 minutes found that the monthly cost was $100 more than quoted and confirmed. He said he made a mistake. There is also no easy way to get in touch with Kia about this type of misrepresentation. read full review »

Be on the alert for worker fraud at this store. I brought my auto in for an oil change and wiper blade change. The technician, N. Jarman, tried to sell me another radiator flush after I just had one about a year prior. He was insistent that the radiator was dirty and would be a problem unless I had it flushed. I had another auto service center check the radiator coolant and was told that it was clean and would protect to 20 below zero. Total savings: $89 Customers should only rely on this place for oil changes. Do not trust the recommendations unless verified by another auto service center. read full review »
