Preferred Car And Limousine
Barry December 18, 2008
After our wedding was over, a friend of ours booked Preferred Car and Limousine to drive us to the airport hotel for the night which was roughly a 30 minute drive. During the drive, my wife (the bride) got car sick and vomited on the back floor mat of the car. We had to ask the driver to pull over and help us out, in which case his help was virtually non-existent. We asked to clean up the mess at the time, but he (the driver) stated that it was not a problem and that the company will take care of it. Upon returning home from our... read full review »

Express Credit Auto
Veronica December 18, 2008
We bought a car from this company back in May of 2008. We were having credit problems and they seemed like they could help. All of their cars were the same price! We paid $14, 999 for a 2003 Nissan Altima with 89, 000 miles! We signed the paperwork and then found out it has the payment device! We were not pleased! We have had nothing but problems with this device even when the payments were on time. A month after getting the vehicle it wouldn't start and when it was running the transmission was messed up, it is an automatic and... read full review »

Automotive Diagnostic Center
Orman December 18, 2008
When I first came to this place, I thought they were very nice and seemed to have good customer service. Then, after more the 6 weeks of my car still being unfixed my feelings have changed. They said my car would be ready in 6 days and would keep me updated. 6 days past, no call. I called them and they say it'll be ready by the end of the next week due to 'finding' more problems. They quoted price increased to an extra thousand dollars. Weeks past and they say my car's ready and can be picked up. I was told my car... read full review »

Chrysler Finacial
dantfrank December 18, 2008
I am also tired of the same type of practices that seem to reverberate through this complaint forum. From receiving statements late or not at all, (I've gone as far as to call them when they are late and request a statement faxed or e-mailed which they refuse to do) to numerous daily collection calls, contacting my 86 year old father, threats of repo and being TOLD that I'm gonna pay via check by telephone immediately. Does anyone know if any class action steps are being taken and if so where do I sign on? And like many of you, never will a Chrysler product sit in my households driveway again. If they go away...good riddance!!! read full review »

bridgewater honda car service center
mohan December 18, 2008
The bridgewater honda car service center is the worst one. When i called in for my van service, the woman whom i spoke with said that if i bring my van for service within a particular time, i could take my van in a few hours. So i took my van there, and the woman said that you have leave the van and take it tomorrow. When i said that you said that i can take the van the same day, she lied saying that she didnt say that. And also the man near her said the same thing, and she was so rude in talking. Few of my other friends were also saying that they had bad experiences in the bridgewater honda service center. read full review »

Boris December 18, 2008
On 11/24/2008 I purchased a DVD player for my 2004 Lexus from McMaster's Auto Part's for $260.00 (it was used). I paid through Paypal and when my package was delivered it contained a car's visor! After a week I finally got a hold of them and they explained that my DVD Player went to the person who was to get the visor. They asked me to ship the visor straight to this person and they would have them do the same with my DVD Player. I did this on 12/3/2008. When I followed up with Mike, he said that since the DVD Player wa... read full review »

We posted our vehicle on their website. We were told that we would get our money back ($299) if it did not sell it. At the end of the 90 day guarantee, we were told that we did not fill out all of the appropriate paperwork. After many arguments with them, they extended the advertisement for 90 days with the same conditions as the original agreement. I found tires worn to threads, turn signals and fog lights missing, airbag light on, seatbelt wont retract, coolant leaking from engine, exhaust leak, fraudulent state safety inspection sticker, body damage and rust, oil leaks, and suspension tie rod worn among other things. Diagnostic Auto Repair
Antonio Matarredona December 17, 2008
When my 2000 Mazda 626 broke down on the road in June 2008, I brought it to Diagnostic Auto Repair in La Place, LA, the nearest place. They told me the only solution was to replace the engine, and I agreed, thinking that it would help me sell the car and minimize loss. They said it would, since the new engine was newer (2004) and with less mileage. When the repair was done, they provided no documents for the new engine, just handwrote the information (it turned out to be 2002) on the invoice. When I tried to sell the car I was told I had... read full review »
