Took an 08 Dodge Ram to the dealership for simple repair, oil change, TPMS sensors that were missing when the truck was purchased. The only thing that they got right was the oil change. I was in a car wreck on February 20, 2009. My seat belt failed to work, causing me to slam in to the steering wheel with my chest. My car was towed directly to the body shop. I brought my S-Type Jaguar to Imperial Motors in the Chicago/Milwaukee area today because my key transmitter stopped working. Sounds like a small issue, right? Wrong. I picked up some new tires for my custome wheels. Tires seemed okay and the people seemed like they new what was going on. Well they did;nt. They opened my sunroof before sending the car through the wash cycle. I noticed it when it was one-half way through the wash "tunnel" and informed the nearest car pool personnel. They stopped the wash and closed the sunroof. The end result is the that the front seats are stained with large marks - now that they are dry it is obvious that they are stained. I had purchased a car at Browns in Fairfax, Virginia and they promised me free oil changes for 3 years as part of the "extended warranty". Took it in for the first oil change 3 months later and whadda you know, they lost the paperwork and couldn't honor the oil change agreement. I have taken my vehicle in for an oil leak behind the timing cover no less than 9 times and this store claims that they have repaired the leak at least (4) times and I still have a continous leak. I was in an auto accident at five miles per-hour; an accident caused by a jay-walker. Other car, a truck, had slight dent on bumper. Other driver said he was not injured in the police-report. Allstate sent the other driver a check for $700 to cover "any injury" and then raised my rate $1, 000 per-year. These people call on home and cell phones. I don't know how they get cell phone numbers because no one has mine other than close family and now Warranty Solutions has it somehow. They call with a recorded message that says this is the final notice concerning your auto extended warranty. I have received in the last two months about 60 final notices by phone. I almost got ripped off by Carmax of Plano. They offered me 6500 for my 2005 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner SR5. Told me that they could only get that if they bought or sold it. Well I found on the Carmax site a 2005 strip model PreRunner for 12, 998. I complained to the corporate office in Virgina, and when I went back to the site the car had been removed? I purchased a HID headlight kit from this company on eBay. The kit was $239.95 plus $40 for shipping. I chose this company because of the price, and the fact that they offered a One Year Warranty on the item. They recommended professional installation, which I did. I took my car in for a oil change. First they tried to install t he wrong oil filter, then argued when I called them on it. Made me wait 45 minutes while the right one was delivered. Didnt check any other fluid levels and didn't lube it. When I called them on it they tried to convince me I was mistaken until another employee admitted he forgot. When I bought my car I put an extended warranty on it because of the miles I drive every year. I'm within 200 miles of my warranty expiring and I took the car in for service because the a/c doesnt work. At first the dealership was going to take care of the a/c until they found out what I had for miles. Then they told me they had to have an inspector inspect the a/c and then he would determine if it would be covered.
