I dropped my vehicle (1998 Jeep Cherokee Classic) at Dave's Auto Service INC in Centerville on Saturday (9/7/08) and put my keys in the drop box. Wright Leasing and those involved with the 'company' are a scam. DO NOT trust them or their services with your credit or vehicle.
I signed into a contract with them with the assurance that my vehicle would be paid for and insurance would be carried for the remainder of the loan. While I knew better than to do this, I thought that with a contract and an actual business I shouldn't have the worries I would with an individual.

US Fidelis car warranty
Wendy at US Fidelis told me that the warranty would cover electrical, engine, transmission etc. "even the radio", and she just plain lied to me. When my car wouldnt shift out of park I found out that my warranty covers none of the repairs, and in fact covers almost nothing. They keep you on hold forever, they act real concerned if you ever do get hold of someone, but they are lying too when they say they will call you back, investigate, and they dont answer any of your messages either. Recently, I put down $100.00 deposit for purchase of a 2006 Honda Civic. I had decided not to take the car and when I went back to retrieve my deposit, they offered me a further $1, 000. off the cost of the car. Trap's Tire & Auto Center
I WAS a customer of this tire shop for 6+ years. I went in for my regularly scheduled tire rotation which they claim is included when you purchase the tires. They OF COURSE told me that we needed 4 brand new tires however, it wasn't a dire need and he would drive on these tires for another 2 months or so.
Here's where the crappy customer service comes in:
They refused to rotate the tires unless we purchased new ones.

I made a reservation online for the truck and picked up from some back alley franchise place less than 3 miles from the uhaulsucks service center in West Arlington (this should have been the first sign) the employee told me that if i returned the truck early and under the allotted amount of miles I would recieve a partial refund for doing so...

I took my car to Sterling Auto Body on 7/28/08/ and got a quote in the amount of $2, 086.23 for the damage of this accident and some additional damage that happened previously. I already had gotten a quote from my insurance company in the amount of $2, 236.94 for repairing just the damage of this accident. In summary Sterling’s quote was for doing more work for less money. I called this company based on an online ad for a used 2005 Volvo S60, and spoke to Jeff. I asked for a lot of detail about the car, and Jeff asured me, in a heavy Chinese accent, that Pepmore goes through each car, fixes anything wrong, and that the car was "in perfect condition". I traded my 1994 model kubota in on a 2004 model kubota, so far I have had bad service from this machine.When I started using the newer machine, it was very weak after just a short time.So they turned up the pressure on the pump which runs all of the hyraulics for the unit. Well when that failed to help they told me it was a bad pump from the factory. Kubota fixed the pump and I went on my way . Today (12/30/2008) my husband and I went to Precision Auto in Germantown, Maryland to talk about a previous auto service. The owner of the shop did not appreciated our honesty about the fact my car was having the same issues with the washer fluid. The shop owner got upset with us and refused to work on my car, and demanded that we leave the shop. He escorted us out of the office and then he locked the door behind us. The hour was 2:00 pm.
The shop owner has very poor manager skills, and poor people skills. Triple AAA should not sponsor Precision Auto for their unprofessional services treating their customers.

I called to purchase a camera package for $1409.00, they call to confirm the order, then tell me I can't use the camera without this or that, then add and add more and more to your order! I purchased a 2007 Toyota Corolla in June of 2008. We had the car for one month and we heard a grinding noise when breaking. I took the car to a local Toyota dealership with only 11, 000 miles on the odometer.They said that I needed new brakes, cost of repair was $475.00.
The mechanic stated that the car should not have needed brakes until at least 40, 000 miles. He was very suspicious about the car needing brakes way way too soon. He stated that the odometer could have been turned back. The car had a clean carfax report.

During the bad storm on December 20 to 22 we bought cable chains from the Napa store in Vancouver WA. After putting them on our new VW Rabbit all our warning lights came on. The chains had severed the electronics under our car. The dealership said the chains had been installed correctly but were a bad design. Now we have no ABS, no traction control, no speedometer and it well take 4 weeks and $450 to fix! I recieved a bill for $51.95 because they claimed I hadn't paid a charge of $1.95 six months earlier. I found the copy of the check I had mailed in and a month later I got another bill. I received July and August in November 08 for $50.00 gas card, but have not received September or October 08, or the $5.00 back for signing up. Honda service centres are one of the worst here in Malaysia. I've been to two of them one in Klang and one in Damansara and both have disappointed me immensely. I finally conceded to take my new CRV to a nearby car workshop (the owner, whom I've known for 7 years) to get proper check up and servicing. We took our Grand Prix in for some warranty work. Later that day, one of the service guys called to try to convince us that we needed to give them $200 for a much needed thermostat replacement job. He went on for a long time about why it was so necessary and important.
