I tried to rent a car from Trifty using the money card on 01/10/09 they put a $350 deposit and then when they couldn't rent the car due to it being a money card they voided the contract out. I feel when they voided the contract my deposit should be automatically return back to the card. Now I am being told it will be 60 days before the money is return. This is totally unacceptable when Thrifty release the contract there is no more responsibilty to the moneycard since I had to use another card to rent the car and a $350 deposit. While waiting during the oil change, the tech that was working on the car stormed in and screamed something and then abrutly left. So i contuned to read my magizine. Five seconds later the door is violently opened and again the tech screams. I take the "hint" and say are you talking to me. He storms over to me and calmly asks if i would be interested in another air filter. I calmly tell him no. He turns, walks to the door and tells me looking away from me "answer me next time i call you ya "jack ass" ". Now mind you... read full review »

All American Transmission Repair
Ralfy January 15, 2009
I own a BMW. I was driving it with my friend and it started surging and just dying. The transmission wouldn't shift. So I had it towed to 'All American Transmission Repair' on Fountain View on Saturday. They were closed. I was hoping they would work on my car when they returned. My friend dropped me by on Sunday, my car was gone. 'Big Bob' was there as they were decorating the office for Christmas. I said, 'Where's my car?' 'I had it towed here to be worked on?' With a straight face, he... read full review »

I am an ex employee of Paragon Acura. It was the worst job that I've ever had so far. Complete torture to get out of bed everyday and go there. The most unorganized dealership by far. Employees are treated worse then garbage. It's pathetic. They can't even throw their employees a Holiday party the employees throw it for themselves and have to pay $50 each. Also no employee parking at all so everyday you have to search for a spot or deal with getting tickets. They also have a big problem with women in the dealership. They... read full review »

Totally took advantage of mostly about warranty and condition of vehicle. Misinformed as far as condition of vehicle, but i imagine we've all been in that position dealing with a car salesman. The biggest problem was the purchase of extended warranty. Was told everything was covered and i purchased top of the line warranty for $1300. What i received was the bottom of the barrel warranty. I was misinformed about all aspects of the warrantys and found out later that the same warranty trough the dealership could have been purchased... read full review »

I purchased a truck from Intgrity Dodge in September of 08. First thing, they sold me a truck they didn't have, (this was an internet buy) it then took 2 weeks to find a replacement truck at another dealer. I had to drive to another state with the salesman late at night to receive the truck. I must admit, this was by my choice as I wanted the truck right away and had no time for any further lost time. After receiving the truck I pointed out this truck was not equipped with carpet although I paid for it. Salesman said he would take... read full review »

I traded in my car and I brought a copy of my credit report showing how high my score is, they said that they didn't use the fico scoring, they used the beacon scoring and that my score was much lower with beacon, and I would have to pay a higher rate. They quoted me 439 dollars monthly on a 16k car. I have some finance experience and knew the payment should be no higher than 350 and said I was leaving. Then they lowered it to 350. They only had one finance agent available and we had to wait until 1 a.m. to meet with him.We took the... read full review »

Top Class Limo
jrs1110 January 14, 2009
The WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. Their website is full of lies. They are ripping customers off. I was booking a limo for my prom and for a night out with my friends. After the car was late the first time we went out, the driver was nasty and asked for an additional tip on top of the 20% that I already had to give him, which he did not deserve. I was upset and let the company know about it and they did NOTHING, I can not believe that they are allowed to work like that. Dodge Caliber
Salvatore January 14, 2009
We own a 2007 Dodge Caliber, love it, but I believe we have a safety hazard which the dealer refuses to take care of it because it doesn't occur when they have it in the shop. Occasionally, the gear will lock in Park and we could not unlock it & would have to try and try again until it finally would go into Drive. We discovered a small opening to the right of the gear panel which I popped open the cap and there is a button inside. When we press on the button it releases the gear shift. This company hires drivers and then just ignores any issues they have. A driver hired on with the company 5 weeks ago. First week tells them there is an issue with fuel gage/tanks. Truck is in the shop, supposedly fixed. Driver ran out of fuel with no fuel in one tank and the other tank is full. Obviously, the issue was NOT fixed. Truck went back in the shop to be fixed again. I bought a bumper to bumper warranty from the company to cover repairs on a 2003 Chevy van, which at the time had 95, 000 miles on the odometer. Several months after buying the package, I had to replace an intake manifold gasket, which the company refused to cover. Upon reading the fine print, I discovered that the gasket was only covered if the manifold itself was damaged and had to be replaced. Shortly after, the water pump went, and after two days of 'considering' the company gave a credit card number to my repair shop... read full review »

After two months of use, an oil leak after the first service caused a breakdown of the engine that went dry. The company decided to re-build all the engine. After two months and a half, the bike is still not repaired due to missing parts. The company did not offer any new bike, or even a bike to use in the meantime. The repair shop never calls back, I always have to chase them up with the same answer, "we are missing a part we cannot repair the bike for now." This is unacceptable for a bike like this, it is a brand new MP3 125. read full review »

BMW dealers pride themselves on their great service. I drove from out of town ... in the snow and my flat tire monitor lit up. Called the dealership and they told me they do not have service for BMWs on Saturdays. Since it was a snowstorm and I was far from home, I asked if I could have my tires checked. They laughed and hung up. Very poor service. I guess they figured I was not from the town and so they did not care about me or my vehicle. I have family that lives in that town and they told me that there are many stories of corruption, dishonesty, etc. from this dealership. It starts at the top with the owner. read full review »
